Very user friendly website for legal documents and no surprise at end like other sites that force you to sign up for a free 7 Day trial then bill you $40 a month if you don't cancel within those 7 days. Free means Free on Legal Templates! Highly Recommended...

The form I used from their site was very high quality and impressed the recipient, even though it was slightly different than what they were expecting. Also, when my subscription cycled, even though I cancelled after the "official" date, they still worked with me to get me a refund.
We use Quickbooks Desktop and these worked great to process the forms. We are a very small office and do our own reporting so it was very important to find a form that would work for us. I highly recommend these forms.

My name is Teresa Parker. As I was cancelling my trial period, I saw where I was being billed within the same hour. I called, spoke to a very kind and understanding young man, Douglas who helped me tremendously, gave me a confirmation number and reassured me that I could get a refund. As I explained to Douglas, I am 100% disabled and live on less than $500.00 a month and can in no way afford this service. It is a very good service and I will recommend it to family and friends. Hi. I used your site for some legal documents back in Feb/March. I was not aware that there was a recurring membership or fees associated with it. My card was charged for two months (that I could see on my current statement). Customer service was satisfactory. I work in customer service also. I would recommend modifying the wording of your customer satisfaction request as it may create a negative experience.

I'm looking for an agreement that can be used by a couple late in life with grown children who want to commit to marriage yet maintain separate households due to the fact that one spouse is at the present a caregiver and separate households facilitate that situation. This document seems to fulfill that scenario..

The Legal Templates Service is great. It was my first time designing a contract and Legal Templates took away the headache of having to research the exact legal jargon needed for my state. There were several formats to choose from, thus making it easy to incorporate any of my own specifications to the agreement. However, when I initially called to cancel the service, the customer service agent was not exactly accommodating. He was a bit combative and the experience made me not want to use the service ever again. But, the Senior Customer Service Agent John reaches out to me after I sent an email to detail my experience and he moved on the matter, quickly refunding my money. Despite the small hiccup I experienced, it is still a great site to use for your basic contract needs. If I ever have to enter into an agreement with someone and need to establish a contract I will most definitely use the site again.
Great Customer Service, I contacted legal templates and requested a refund after been charged once my trial was over. They contacted me within hours and processed my refund immediately. I came across LegalTemplates when I had to create a legal document allowing my sister to take my daughter out of the country. There were no problems with the document and it was so easy to put together. When I had a billing question Danny got right back to me and helped me with my issue. I didn't plan to pay for or sign up for anything. Just looking for examples so I would no how to create the legal document I needed. I was glad to see a preview so that I could at least type my own legal document. But then I decided to just see if the actual download would really truly be free - not a sign-up for something, or a bunch of invasive questions - Quite happily suprised to find that there really are no strings attached. People are used to writing legal documentation the old fashion way. If they ever come across this very innovative website, they would stop the old style and would stick to using websites like this one. The best one I found online so far. Hoping for more templates added.
We went on to this site to try to find out more about travel consent forms for children travelling alone to an international destination and we found the precise and correct form we needed within seconds and were able to download it too without any subscription plans etc.
