My name is Teresa Parker. As I was cancelling my trial period, I saw where I was being billed within the same hour. I called, spoke to a very kind and understanding young man, Douglas who helped me tremendously, gave me a confirmation number and reassured me that I could get a refund. As I explained to Douglas, I am 100% disabled and live on less than $500.00 a month and can in no way afford this service. It is a very good service and I will recommend it to family and friends.
