First, the 100% cotton Lee jeans I've worn for years do not now at all fit the same as they did 5-10 years ago, for me or for my spouse. Second, the returns process is not great either. They charge you $7.99 per order when you purchase, then another $7.99 to return (in the same tiny bags in which they initially shipped to you, and only to their predetermined FedEx locations). And third, they actually charge you more than that without telling you in advance. Two orders should've been $31.96 to/from shipping, but they actually charged my credit card a total of $33.30 for it. Not cool. I will never order from Lee.com again.

I ordered shorts for my boyfriend. He has size 34 shorts from MANY different brands. All fit just fine. But when we receive the size 34 shorts from Lee they are tiny. Frankly they looked like a kids size shorts so I asked to exchange them for a larger size. They refused to make an exchange. Instead they gave me a refund minus $7.99. Why should I be punished and lose money because their sizing is incorrect? I will NEVER buy another product from them. And their customer service agent was impossible to understand. Her English amounted to about 20 unintelligible words. I am totally disgusted with my experience with Lee

Good Product, Bad Return Policy

Had to return a pair of jeans I purchased because they were much too large, even though I ordered my regular size. While waiting to be credited, I ordered another, more expensive pair of jeans. They arrived and I was happy with them. It took over two months and two phone calls to be credited for the first pair, and they didn't refund my shipping charges, even though I had ordered another pair and paid shipping again. I won't order from Lee again unless they change their policy to allow for exchanges without charging another shipping charge. It's just too likely that the fit won't be right, and other companies like Amazon and Old Navy accept returns and refund the full amount, including shipping.

I had recently ordered a Lee Jeans with size 32. It took more than a couple of weeks to get the item delivered and there was no communication in between regarding the delivery confirmation. Finally, I was happy to receive my order and to my surprise when I opened the parcel, have noticed that it's not the Lee brand and instead they had sent some other brand with a size of 34 and a Regular fit Black colored jeans, whilst I've ordered a Slim fit Dark Stone color. I thought they're such a reputed company and definitely keeps their brand value by providing a better service, but it's all expectations but in reality Lee provides one of the worst service. So, everyone please be cautious while making any orders with Lee.

They charge a restocking fee for exchanges. There is no exchange in their system. You return - one case - and then order in the same phone call - another case. Also you may get a confirmation from the website that your order has been received, and then a couple hours later email that the order has been cancelled. Also if you want jeans that do not look faded or worn this is not the site for you. Also the partial refund came 21 days after Lee received according to tracking numbers. Called multiple times to get the partial refund.

I sent my shorts back over 4 weeks ago because they were too big. Roughly a Week later I received an email stating that they had received it. It is 3 weeks later and I still haven't gotten my money back. Won't use again.

Cheating in refund..

I ordered a shirt and it was not good, so i returned... i didn't get my refund... customer care is really pathetic... No way to call... whatsapp number is not working... my money gone... i really regret to have chosen this website... cheating cheating cheating...

So far so good kitchen has been ordered so has frighed and treezer sink taps and radeator old kitchen will be removed when it all arrives.
