Ordered a costume on the 21st of October and today on the 29th, after 2 voice mails and 2 emails asking the status of my order, i was told that my costume would be shipped out at the end of this week... well, obviously that doesn't work if Halloween is on Wednesday. Their response was that it was a Thanksgiving theme, so their priority was Halloween themed items, therefore my order was pushed to the side. Should have read all the reviews first before purchasing. Now to go find another costume in the next 2 days... ugh. Don't ever do business with these people.
I did receive most of my order on Halloween as expected, however one item was missing and did I mention there was no way to track the shipping. I emailed customer service, who did reply stating the other item was lost in the mail and asking if I would a refund or I my item reshipped. I replied that i would like the item resent, but never heard back them and never received my item. Will not order from here again.

I ordered my son a Halloween Costume that was hard to find elsewhere, on 9/14/18. The site said they were reaching peak times for Halloween so delivery may make up to 12 days I believe. 9/24 rolled around and I had not received pkg. I started getting a little nervous as I didn't research the website before ordering. When I DID, I saw tons of negative reviews about how many people never received their package and that the site was a scam. I called the company to check on my order. There was no answering service or human, just told you to leave a VM which reviews said would never be returned. I looked in my email for a confirmation email and was surprised that had never received one. Luckily I had screenshot the website confirmation after I initially placed my order, which included the order #. I found an email requesting my order status and included my order confirmation # (from my screenshot; again, no confirmation email received). They got back with me within 24h (sooner actually) and gave me a tracking number to check. I was able to get Text alerts telling me where my package was. I received my package this afternoon, which we are very pleased with!

After a week of silence and unresponsiveness, Jeff came through and delivered my costume. Still sucks that they deal with so many orders no one can answer the phone, but at least they aren't crooks. I got what they promised, and it came in time.
I ordered two items got them in a reasonable amount of time but the are the wrong product. Actually a cheaper version of what I ordered. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. Extremely frustrating!

I ordered an item on 9-28-18 and shortly thereafter received an email that my order has shipped. As of 10-23-18, I have not received it. I emailed the company twice and they did not respond as to the status of my order. I called the company and left a message, and, as others have found, they do not return calls. I have reported them as fraudulent to the bank that handles my credit care, which naturally, they charged immediately for my item that was ordered in September. There are many other options out there for the same item, so I would recommend buyers look at them.
I am not sure why, but we mailed this item to you over 2 weeks ago and the post office looks like they sent your order the wrong direction (Out of our control) USPS Tracking Number: 9461209699937972967046 This issue is really not our fault and the severe delay is due to the post office. We shipped your package in a timely manner.
I should read a review before placing my order :( I placed my order a three weeks before Christmas, but received it after December 25th. I called customer service, I sent messages, there was no reply. I ordered three items and received two of them wrong, poor quality and nothing like they have on the picture. I tried to get my money back, unsuccessful :( Please stay away from that website. It is better to spend more money but be happy with your order and do not waste days after trying to get your money back.

We do not do this because we refuse to write any false reviews.
SiteJabber is bold to say their site helps to prevent fraud when their site is one of the biggest fraud mediums. So beware people, review sites aren't what they are cracked up to be... they are there to make a profit, and as long as there are page views the false reviews will keep popping up.
Make educated decisions by looking at various sites and trying to pick out reviews that seem real, and are from members that have been there for a while AND HAVE MORE THAN 1 REVIEW! The Better Business Bureau is a much better source for this and yes businesses can have complaints but as long as they deal with the complaints and answer them on HONEST websites such as the Better Business Bureau then you can be rest assured that the business is honest. Additionally the Better Business Bureau will tell you how long the business has been around which in our case is years. Businesses do not last years by being dishonest.

Customer called us once yesterday after business hours (We were also closed yesterday due to the Winter Storm in the North East). We were in the process of going through our voice mails when this message came in. This item had shipped last week and was scheduled to deliver today via UPS. Since the customer filed a credit card charge back stating they no longer wanted the merchandise we went ahead and UPS intercepted the package so they would not need to pay for return shipping and issued an immediate refund.
I placed an order on October 20 and was immediately sent an email confirmation of my order. My account was charged the same day as well. I checked back a couple days later to see that nothing had changed as far as my order status. I sent an email and called to check to make sure that I was going to receive it by Halloween because that's obviously why I ordered it. Never received a response via email or phone. I have since then been trying to get ahold of ANYONE to please confirm that received my email AND voicemail stating I want a refund and still as of today, 9 days later i have heard absolutely nothing. I am giving them until the end of the week to respond before I take this dispute to my bank. This is ridiculous and I will be sure to let everyone know this company is a complete scam.
Your order was cancelled and refunded the day you placed your order because the item was out of stock. You can contact your bank if you feel like doing so but your refund posted October 21st.
They sent me the wrong size for my costume. NEVER returned my call from the number that was provided on the email and receipt. I emailed them... no return email.
The number i dialed w/out a return call was: *******833. I was told, 'well, that's not our 'main' number. And that my email probably went int their junk folder. As i tried to let him know that i have been trying to get in touch with his company he would just loudly repeat his 30 day policy. When I finally called in to the number you call to buy something else they told me it had been over 30 days... well yeah, I've been trying to get in touch with someone for 30 days.

This customer was calling the wrong telephone number. She finally looked at our website today and called the proper number and we answered. When we told her that there is a 30 day return policy she became very irate and said she was going to do nothing but leave bad reviews on our website. Furthermore our website return policy is stated clearly and a customer has to just simply return the product to our company within the time period without even speaking with our customer service.

I ordered an item on June 8th of this year. Giving them time for a possible covid delay I waited a while before sending the first email. No response and no response to the following 3 emails either. I was actually able to leave a message on the phone in an off time, since the mailbox was always full during the daytime. Still no response. Contacted NY BBB and they were told that the item shipped on July 20th. It has yet to arrive here - unless it is being walked here it should have arrived. At this point the cat on bicycle wind wheel would be a spare, because I ended up finding it on Amazon and it came in 2 days later... They apparently did not have a problem taking my money and my order status online has progressed from ‘pending' to ‘processing'. I will open the complaint again with the BBB until I see a satisfactory result. I also feel they owe me an apology.
The only thing they get five stars in is terrible customer service, the other should be minus 1 star. It is by now almost 2 months since I placed the order and paid for it. My order number is # *******

Shipping times are posted clearly on the website. You ordered this item the night before Thanksgiving (Which we were closed for that entire weekend and that was also advertised on our website) then you called the following Monday asking when your item was. When we told you that we were closed for the Holiday and it would be shipping shortly you blew up at our customer service person and started swearing and cussing at them. When the CS rep asked if you wanted your order cancelled you stated no. So we shipped your item.

I placed an order 9 days ago. I have never received any email with any info. It says orders ship within 3-7 days. Today, when I log on to my account it says partial ship. I have emailed them at least 5 times. I have called probably 50 times. It goes to voicemail, which is full, or they don't respond to your voicemail when the other message comes up. I had to place an order with another website yesterday. Excellent service. My order has already been shipped. I emailed them to cancel my order. No response AND still shipped some of it.
