DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They may be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered product on April 30, received no email or phone call that parts of my order were on back order - even though the company says that they emailed me on 5/5 and 5/26.
On June 1st I called to check on my order. No one answered at their customer service number, so I sent an email. I called again the next day and spoke with someone that then said my order had items that were on back order, but that it now had been shipped and would arrive on Thursday June 4th. By Monday of the following week (June 8), I still had not received my order. Called and no one answered so I left a voicemail. I then get an email that said my order status had been changed to shipped. I replied to that email saying that I was told it had already shipped & asked for someone to call me back. No one contacted me by phone. I sent another email on 6/9. My order was then delivered on 6/10 but was missing 3 items. So, I sent yet another email - even leaving my personal cell phone number for them to please call me back. I received an auto reply back saying that their offices were closed for the week for inventory. I finally received a response back today 6/16 saying that the 3 items missing were on back order and they could stay on back order or they could replace them with something they had in stock. I asked for a refund because at this point, I was just frustrated!
Their representative, Tim, emailed me and tell me that he would just cancel my order and credit me, but he suggested to me to check my spam email for the emails they sent to me on 5/5 and 5/26. I did. They weren't there. Here are the email responses from him after that:
"I suggest you contact your webmaster because we are showing we sent them and we verified that your webserver recieved the emails so there must be an issue where your webserver is filtering them out before they get to you becasue the server thinks they are spam. I will issue credit shortly"
I received one email for the refund so I asked him to send me confirmations for all 3 items credited... to which he replied:
"The reciepts should already be in your email. If you are not getting them then I suggest you get with your webmaster."
Then this one...
"Just verified, all three refunds were done this morning. One for each line item. The emails should be coming from pay pal and you should have 3 emails. So its obvious if you recieved one and not the other two there must be some issue on your end. We are getting your email beause you are emailing our server, the Pay Pal refund notices you are not getting, so the issue must be between your webserver and Pay Pal. Give it some time and they may end up coming in to your email. There are three refunds for the same amount going to your credit card."
Once I told him I was not surprised by their lack of customer service and copied him on the review I had written online, he sent me this:
"FYI, after reading your review, we did email you. I do show that we sent it and your webserver responded they recieved it. So do not blame us for your email issues you are having. It is not our fault and we did communicate to you but you never recieved it. Its obvious the issue is on your end because we deal with hundreds of orders a day and no one is having any email issues but you and you seem to be having issues recieving our simple refund emails."
To which I responded: Sir, your emails to me are proof enough that your company should consider some customer service training. I have never been spoken to via email by any company so rudely. I'll politely ask that you do not respond to me again.
THEN - I get this from the operations manager (and the reason I am updating my review)
"Hello Sonya,
This is Jeff and I am the operations manager here. This has been brought to my attention by Tim and I have fully reviewed what is going on here. First of all, let me say I am sorry that you did not get your emails. I have reviewed this with our webmaster and he has shown me the logs of where we sent the email and where your web server has responded to our web server that the email was received. We have sent 3 emails today, then a backorder notice on 5/5 and another one on 5/26. You stated you only received one today so that is showing there is an issue. After this review with proof showing we sent these emails and your web server responded that the email was received, there is not really much we can do on our end because we do not control your email accounts.
It has also been brought to my attention you posted a negative review about us as well. Since we have lived up to our end, shipped you what you ordered and notified your company about the backorder, refunded you for the items that you did not get in a timely manner we feel this is very unfair and borderline fraudulent since the facts are not true about us notifying your company. Anyways I will ask you to kindly remove the review before our corporate legal team gets involved and our attorneys start contacting your business leadership which they will do because we do reply to every complaint we have online.

I'm so disgusted with this company's attitude and responses to me more so than the order being delayed. I'm not scared by their "legal" threats. I'm free to speak out! Our server deletes emails after 30 days... but we can for certain confirm that no email was received from their company on 5/26 as they have stated.
I'd give them a 0 but the review required at least one star.
