After waiting for 6 weeks I finally received my order. It was totally the wrong item. I paid $54.95 for an item worth $27.99 ( and even this is a piece of garbage and no absolutely not worth the money) however the total cost (because of the exchange) was close to $80 with delivery etc!
The company never. Ever answers phone calls... never ever answers emails... but do not mind taking your money. I am so frustrated and do not know where to turn to. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from LED Christmas Lighting... they are a sham! Beware!
Ordered a halloween costume in early October for our granddaughter, never received costume, have left about 20 messages and nearly as many emails with no response. They had no problem charging my credit card, and that's all they did!
I really wish I had read all of these other reviews before purchasing my daughter's costume from here. Ordered and paid for on 10/5, the next day I received an email saying "processing". There has been zero communication since then, and it's now 10/15. I have called twice, left a voice message, and emailed twice. No response. Based on these other reviews, I have no expectation of actually receiving the item, or at least of receiving it in a timely enough manner for her to actually wear the costume for Halloween. Although it hasn't been that long, their lack of response to my many calls and emails(especially after reading these reviews) have me concerned that this is a bogus website! It seems like the only way to get there attention is to write a review on here. Please contact me because I really want this item and I don't want to have to dispute this purchase. I went through PayPal to file a claim and was refunded my money. I still didn't get any response from the site until the refund went though.
This company is a scam, set up by a low life who steals people's money without delivering on what they are selling. I bought a Halloween Costume on 10/22 that clearly stated it would arrive within a week when purchased. I called and e-mailed the company numerous times with no response at all. The item arrived a month later.
The post office delivered the package late. Customer can return item for full refund.
Order placed on 9/1/2020 card charged product never delivered. Customer Order # ******* Zero communication from business outside of one order confirmed email. Contacted the company multiple times by email and their phone does not lead you anywhere. Appears this is common story with this company viewing the multiple complaints. Seeking full refund back to credit card before proceeding with legal action.

It is frustrating to have a company advertise their products but not deliver them or respond. Their website has a banner at the top: "As of December 15th this website is under new ownership! Orders will ship as normal but our payment processing is slightly different!"
I requested a refund, but have yet to get a check.
Ordered a costume for my daughter Sept 30. Still haven't received anything. Company doesn't respond to emails, phone messages, or inbox messages. Now I'm going to have to scramble to figure something out for my daughter and she'll be the only family member not dressed in our theme. I'm VERY disappointed. After a terrible 2020 year, I was hoping for a nice Halloween together. GUESS NOT!
Made a purchase in the beginning of May 2020. Emails suddenly stopped. Still haven't received my item. Hopefully the pandemic hasn't had terminal effects. But, without communication leaves irritability. Don't recommend dealing with this company. No product and no refund. Contacted NY BBB.
This issue was resolved by the BBB. Our offices closed due to COVID for a month
Placed an order Sept 20,2020, for Halloween items, a 5foot tall with and some very large spiders. On September 23,2020, the status of my order shows processing. Today is October 11 and I have heard absolutely nothing back from this company. I have left 7 emails and have left numerous phone messages and nothing has been answered.
Buyer Beware, don't buy anything from these people. If you are reading this, chances are that you got screwed, too!

I placed an order on 01/08/2020 and it is now 01/24/2020 and I have not received the item nor any responses to numerous emails and phone calls. I ordered something from this site over a month ago, and I still haven't received it. The only communication I got from the company was an email saying that it shipped about 2 weeks ago, but there was no tracking number. They did charge my card.
I've tried for the past several days to contact the company via email, phone, and website. No response so far. The voicemail is full, so I can't leave a message.

UPDATE: Due to the company's total lack of response or delivery and now that I've bought the item elsewhere, I've disputed the transaction with my bank. I think it's also worth noting that there was an influx of positive reviews on this page that all happened on December 9th, and most of the profile pictures are stock images. They're fake reviews. Do not trust this website.
I have never received my order and have multiple attempts to get in touch with someone. I called and left messages and multiple emails. They have never tried to get back in touch with me. They are a scam. Stay away. Order from some other company.
Ordered a product have yet to receive. Should have read the reviews before I ordered it. It seems the owner of the company responds to these reviews but not the emails or voicemails? Please if you see this i have yet to receive my item if i dont recive it or hear anything from your company i will be driving out to your location! So glad its listed on the website!
Same as the reviews below, I made the mistake of ordering from this company. They charged my credit card but never sent a confirmation receipt on shipping. Item never showed. Unfortunately they don't answer their phones (5+ attempts made at varying times) nor do they respond to emails. To top it off you can't even leave reviews on their website. Just awful.
This credit card transaction was declined due to a faulty billing address. You saw the attempted charge but the order was never placed fully due to the wrong address.
Never buy from these crooks and scammers, totally worthless customer service. You will never get your order but they will tell you it is being shipped every week. I waited over two months and finally got them to admit it would be another month before product will be manufactured. They keep changing their name... use to be tri state or something like that.
SiteJabber seems to especially hit businesses with bogus reviews. The problem with review sites like SiteJabber is that they allow anyone to post reviews, and there is no check as to who the person is. There is no check to see if the persons review is even valid and most SiteJabber reviewers only leave 1 review every. You will see a lot of negative reviews posted by competitors, and then when a negative review comes in, sometimes you get the actual company contradicting the negative review with a positive review and you end up in a circle of fake reviews. We do not do this because we refuse to write any false reviews.
SiteJabber is bold to say their site helps to prevent fraud when their site is one of the biggest fraud mediums. So beware people, review sites aren't what they are cracked up to be... they are there to make a profit, and as long as there are page views the false reviews will keep popping up.
Make educated decisions by looking at various sites and trying to pick out reviews that seem real, and are from members that have been there for a while AND HAVE MORE THAN 1 REVIEW! The Better Business Bureau is a much better source for this and yes businesses can have complaints but as long as they deal with the complaints and answer them on HONEST websites such as the Better Business Bureau then you can be rest assured that the business is honest. Additionally the Better Business Bureau will tell you how long the business has been around which in our case is years. Businesses do not last years by being dishonest.

I ordered an item on July 12. It's now August 28 and I still don't have the item. I've sent multiple messages to only get one response that didn't solve the problem. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone to help with this so please avoid this website. Poor customer service.

After a week of silence and unresponsiveness, Jeff came through and delivered my costume. Still sucks that they deal with so many orders no one can answer the phone, but at least they aren't crooks. I got what they promised, and it came in time.
The money comes out immediately the products however, dont. The status will say "processing" forever. Had to report this before anything was done. Then I was told to "chill out". Save yourself time and money and order from someone else.
This order was processing for a few days due to the Thanksgiving Holiday and our company being closed. We were very clear on our website that we were closed for Thanksgiving. When you called you were screaming and yes, we did tell you to chill out so we could give you your tracking number that you were screaming at our rep about.
Ordered a costume on the 21st of October and today on the 29th, after 2 voice mails and 2 emails asking the status of my order, i was told that my costume would be shipped out at the end of this week... well, obviously that doesn't work if Halloween is on Wednesday. Their response was that it was a Thanksgiving theme, so their priority was Halloween themed items, therefore my order was pushed to the side. Should have read all the reviews first before purchasing. Now to go find another costume in the next 2 days... ugh. Don't ever do business with these people.
