I have been trying to find out what the status is of my sons costume for weeks now with no resolution. I keep getting computer generated responses to which I click on where it tells me to in order to follow up on my order and all it takes me to is the main page. I have called the 800 number multiple times and have not received a call back. I need to see if I need to get my son another costume from somewhere else please. The order number is 6925. On the website it says they ship in 5-7 days, I ordered it on October 1st and still have not received anything at all.
