I have been trying for over two months to get Le Vel to cancel my auto-shipments and provide me with a return authorization for two months of product I do not want. Their process is not customer friendly - forget getting someone on the phone. That is not part of their process. Exchanging emails with them has gotten me nowhere. I discovered that they have the wrong email address associated with my account. Despite this, they continue to direct me to sign-in to their website (robot replies); but this is impossible as they have the wrong email associated with my account! It is a reasonable expectation for a company to be responsive and provide a return authorization and cancel my account as requested. To date, I have been unable to get them to do so. I have directed my bank not to accept further charges to my credit card from them, and have complained to the Better Business Bureau. Caveat emptor! You've been warned.
I had stomach issues before trying out thrive 3 steps... and it just made my stomach issues way worse! I think it's mainly because it elevated my anxiety quite a bit which it's supposedly supposed to help with? This is not for someone with a sensitive stomach like me! Just stick to a healthy diet and exercise, that beats coming out with even worse stomach problems and anxiety than before!
I am so blessed to be a Thriver of 3 years. I feel better now then I can EVER remember feeling! It's been an inside out transformation. My mind is clear, I sleep amazing, wake up rested and feel like I can conquer the world! So many lives have been changed due to this amazing company and product!
I ordered their product and started using it, with in an hour I felt itchy from my lips to the bottom of my feet. Well I used the product for almost a week all the while in an allergic state. So I sent the product back per their instructions. I am only get back on the open product 1/2 of what I paid for and then a 10% restocking fee, unopened I don't know what I will receive? This is not a user friendly company they have no customer support phone number only an email that they use to communicate with.
I will not be recommending this product to anyone due to my experience with this company.

If you read the negative reviews its because they didn't give it the true 8 weeks. They must have drank all the monsters and sodas and not water. You will love it just give it 10 mornings on an empty stomach.

They make you put auto pay, then make it impossible to cancel. You call and they say email, when you email. They say we don't support deleted accounts over email. I've been charged $600 for a boxes of crap that doesn't work! It's a triangle scheme! Please Beware! I have boxes of this $#*! unopened! PleAse take back and return my money scammers!
I ordered 1 shipment of thrive, I got a new debit card and they automatically took out a payment I did not authorize! Don't give them any banking information, apparently they can charge what they want when they want off of any debit card, the one you used for payment or not! RIP off, and they won't refund the money, there isn't a number to call only submit a ticket, cowards!

Before taking these products I was barely surviving on coffee, preworkout, an over the counter multivitamin. After starting thrive I eliminated all of those things that were actually doing my body no good. My husband and I have been using Thrive products by Le-Vel for 3 years. We love the super high quality and consistency in the simple steps. We also enjoy the company customer service and support and have been able to participate in other benefits the company offers. Ive never experienced such a generous and honest company in my many years in business.
What can I say except the Thrive diet us a joke! Patches don't stay on. So called " milkshakes" taste like water with flavoring added. No help with cravings or feeling full. Just did absolutely nothing for me. Worthless product. I wish I had my money back. Will never buy again and I advise others to save their money.
Thrive products work. You have to take them properly. Can't cancel? Full of crap. Log into your account and cancel, stop being lazy. Membership fees- nope never. Bet the company that person works for charges them. Made you sick? You probably haven't been used to taking pre & probiotics! Let your body adjust to it and drink plenty of water. Don't expect it to work if you're shoveling fast food and sodas in your mouth every day. Rant over. Find a current promoter to help you out if you are having problems or need help. Le-Vel promoter love helping other people. You won't find us online knocking other products that we've never tried!
This diet plan is absolutely worthless! Patches don't stay on. So called milkshakes are thin and taste like water with a little flavoring. Nothing curbed my appetite. I know that you need willpower but this diet did nothing for me. I lost NO weight. Don't waste your money.
I don't feel like its a scam, I've had energy and lost weight and inches, I'm not worried about others trying it, that's up to you. I spent 4 years in bed with seizures, couldn't walk, talk and didn't know any of my family or friends, now I'm back enjoying life and I have my happy back, I've noticed there aren't many complaints about Thrive, and one thing you have to do while using it is use common sense, drink water, and eat right or anything would make you sick. I have been thriving for 2 1/2 years. If you have autoship set up it runs. If you pause your order it won't run or charge until YOU unpause it to run. Never been over charged. If I receive product that was damaged, I messaged support and they fixed the problem. Always pleasant and willing to make sure customers are happy! Thrive has helped fill in my nutritional gaps where I have naturally gone from a size 16 to a women's 6 and keep it off naturally.
I've bought this product seeing it promoted on someone's fb. I loved it at first. It gave me energy and I lost a tiny bit of weight. I liked it for the energy mostly. I took it for like 6 months maybe a bit more and the energy or weight loss was not there anymore plus it was extremely expensive so it was a waste of money so I stopped ordering and as soon as I stopped taking it I started getting massive migraines and so I thought it could be a caffeine withdrawal so I was drinking caffeine drinks for it to go away but it hasn't worked. Two months later I'm still having massive migraines every single day. It's making my life a living hell. I wrote a ticket to the company. It is impossible to get in touch with them. There is no phone number and you can't even write them during weekends when is my only time off work. I'm going to have to take this to a lawyer because there is no other way to result this with the company
I believe this might work for some people But not everyone. I tried it for 3 days (vitamin, shake, and patch) and I didn't feel energized, if anything I actually felt EXHAUSTED on the third day. It's been a long time since I've ever felt that tired. I have used a charcoal face mask from Level though and it was actually nice. Dried out my face a bit since I have very sensitive skin but it actually helped a lot with my black heads. It's the only face product I've used that's actually made a difference
