Beware. You will be auto renewed and once they renew, they will not pro-rate a return of your renewal. Be sure to cancel before the next renewal if not interested in further access to their service. On top of that, customer service is EXTREMELY rude.
I needed to down load a Power of Attorney form. At first my printer, or my husband's printer would work. Then I came back to my printer, and it printed it all out. She was so helpful and encouraging And informative.

I needed a durable POA for my parents. The forms and definitions were easy to navigate. We opted to do the monthly open services with the free trial for 7 days. As we needed an attorney to amend their existing will we cancelled the membership. It was so easy to cancel. My account received no charges as some reviewers have mentioned. I did communicate with their customer service. They were prompt, professional and courteous with their response. I would definitely use their services again.
After noticing I had not canceled an account since Feb of 2017 I called for verification and to talk to someone. The woman that I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending. I will not recommend lawdepot to anyone in the future.

We needed to create a purchase agreement to acquire a portfolio of managed properties and our usual solicitor quoted "at least £4000" so thought we'd try LawDepot to see if there was a viable alternative. The template completion process couldn't have been easier and the quality of the final document was excellent. The vendors were complimentary and signed the agreement without modification. The payment options for this service were very fair but as this was a one-off with very little chance of further need to access, we chose the free trail/cancel after 1 week option. This worked perfectly and we now feel churlish that we got such great value and service for nothing. When we offered to pay them something, they just said "give us a review and bear us in mind if you need us again". What great people to deal with and what a superb service
The company is trash they have poor customer service the customer service rep spoke right over me simply because I wanted to cancel she tried to tell me that I waited too long and must have forgot to cancel which I did not and by looking at the reviews the poor reviews they like to charge everyone for two months which is 60 something dollars for that two months and you will get ripped off don't waste your time or money trash company if I could write the company A 0 I would!
Paid for service and didn't receive it. Tried a charge back with VISA but they said "there isn't enough evidence to prove the services weren't completed". I'm out $500. Be Warned!
It is such a shame to see the negative reviews from people who failed to be responsible enough to cancel the free trial within the 7 day time frame.
I have used this service MANY times and have always been satisfied with the document, happy with customer service and when I had my own attorney check a lease that I compiled, he said it was legit.
If you use this service and think you can rush along, don't do it. Take your time, be careful, read the agreement for the free trial, don't be a jerk and just call them later to cancel after you FORGET.
This is a great service in a world where so many scams are running rampant.
They work hard and are there to help their clients.
