Purchase mother of the bride dress back in October, 2021. Quality extremely poor, missing several accessories beads on the gown. Wrong color, and after several photos, and emails back and forth. As, for my refund they offered me $17.29. So I had to tell them where they can shove it. So, please buyer beware. Not worth the headache.

I was wedding dress shopping online last year... As I am sure. Most brides are a bit worried about fit and the time it takes to receive a dress and then maybe send it back... I checked out this website. It was ok. There are more out there and in the big picture. I decided if I bought a budget dress online around $200 and it wasnt the right dress I could still find something if I needed to locally.

I ended up buying online from a webstore that has over 3000 dresses. Yes its true and then when you order you give your exact measurements and wait. The dress was as in the picture and it was beautiful. The quality for the dress I chose was not as high as I expected. But it looked gorgeous once on.

Lauren bridal is ok. But there are many better choices with much lower prices and still you get a lovely dress..

They sent me the wrong color dress. I tried for over a month emailing back and forth with no resolve. Her first thing was to have someone take pictures of me in a different light wearing the dress. Well no matter what lighting I'm in, pink is far from gray! I just wanted to send dress back and get a refund. She offered me 20 dollars for a 200 dollar dress! Absolutely ridiculous! I will post my unsatisfied experience as many places as possible to warn people not to use them!

I ordered this for my wedding without trying on a single dress in stores. I ordered it with my measurements. It fits to my body. Great quality. Fabric is amazing and lace detail is beautiful. Gorgeous train. Very satisfied customer. I'm very excited to wear this dress on my wedding day. I will follow up with pictures. Thanks a lot.

I bought two dresses from them. Colors look different from product shown. They were way too big, they had me actually take pictures with the dress on before they would okay return. Did that! Then they wanted me too send my measurements did that! My measurements were just a few inches smaller than what they posted on website. They then said that I ordered the wrong size and could not let me return for refund. They measurements difference they gave was false. So, I am stuck with them. Don't ever order from them if you expect to return something if not satisfied. Never ever ordering from them again. Plus, dresses don't look like website.

If you have any doubt about buying online, DO NOT BUY from this site! They are uncooperative in their return policy. I sent them all my measurements, measured twice, had help with the measurements and the dress did not fit. The bodice was too tight and the sleeves were too loose. It also was not the color I asked for. Be careful of the colors!

Quality of the dress order really poor quality, the accessory of the dress nothing of what it was offered in the picture on the web page, the dress is nothing of what it was offered and totally different. Return policy even though the dress is not what you pay for they will not receive it back.
I will never use this company again, is a waste of money.

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from this company. I was willing to accept the return policy based on having a custom dress made but they made the dress in the wrong color, they made it in Silver instead of Dark Navy. Really! Now I am getting the run around like in other reviews I am now reading. I know that I will never get any satisfaction other than writing bad reviews. So there you have it. STAY away from this company. There are too many other places to purchase dresses to have to settle for cracker box outfit.

I heard back from a Teddy stating that because it was custom made I could not have a refund and to take it to a dressmaker to fix. They would give me 18.99 USD back.
They asked me to show photos which I did, then they only commented on one of the photos making sure that I clearly knew it was an on shoulder dress not off shoulder. The dress is way too short and way to big at the breast area and shoulders. I told them why do they have the option of custom sizing. It's sad because they took over $500 AUD from me. It's not fair to be ripped off when you do the right thing. You can't get any legal advice because they are over seas and they don't offer PayPal. If I had of used that I may have got some money back. I don't understand why they can't be shut down. I'm devastated completely especially during COVID, who has that kind of money to waste. Complete thieves.

I liked the dress itself. However, ordering rush shipping and custom size was a mistake. It took them a week to even process the order, and I received my dress a month later than I was expecting with paying for rush shipping. The company ignored all of my requests to have my rush shipping returned since they did not meet the time it was supposed to ship in.

I was also measured by two professional tailors to give correct measurements when ordering a custom size, but they did not listen to my measurements. It took them a week to process the order because they weren't believing my sizes. Finally I emailed them multiple pictures of my body with a tape measure around different parts confirming my size. But when I got the dress, it was way too big. I had to bring it into a tailor to have it tailored which cost me double what the dress itself did. The tailor had to take out 3" inches from the torso and several inches from the sleeves, that is how much larger they made it. Lauren Bridal agreed to pay part of the tailoring because I confirmed with them that they made the dress much larger than the measurements I gave them. But in the end because the tailoring fees were so expensive, they only returned $18 out of the $350 of the tailoring and suggested instead that I just have them "remove the sleeves" instead because it was too expensive for them to pay to fix it. I ordered a dress with sleeves because I was getting married in winter, and I have a birthmark that is on my arm that I wanted to cover up, so "removing the sleeves" was not a viable option for me as I specifically wanted a dress with sleeves and that was one of the reasons I bought this dress. In the end, I liked the dress, but be careful if you need the dress by a certain time, and even more careful with ordering a custom size.

I never do reviews but want to warn everyone from ordering from this company. Order MOB dress that didn't come close to fitting in arms (which they don't have you measure). Offered refund of $22 which didn't even cover shipping!

I should have read other reviews, and will do so in the future! I would NEVER shop here again. We wanted to get a smaller size and they would not do this! I have never had an experience like this with a company anywhere! They offered to give me 15% of the cost. If you're reading this, you are smarter than I was. DO NOT BUY!

They have horrible service and their sizes are way off! I tried calling them several times with no answer and emailed them several times without any resolve.

I should have read other reviews. I learned a huge lesson! I will NEVER shop here again... EVER! I ordered a MOG dress, sent in my measurements. Received the dress and it did not fit at all. I contacted the company immediately. They are not a U.S. company - they only respond in the middle of the night. They will not exchange or refund... period! After several days of sending pictures and explaining the size difference they offered a refund of $11. That's all they could afford to give me! My dress was 5" too small in the hips! Plus the color and style were not exactly as pictured. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT BUY from any Lauren Bridal site! Horrible experience!

The Star Rating needs to be a ZERO! This company is a scam and will not exchange or refund your money for any reason. They advertise traditional American sizes but the measurements are completely inaccurate. If I had ordered a dress by their measurements I would have had to order a size 16, when I wear a size 8-10 in Mother of the Bride dresses. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, we aren't allowed to try on dresses, so as consumers we are forced to order online! I've learned the hard way, and I hope that this will scare people off from having the same experience. Should have known that this was a Hong Kong business before I ordered, but I was desperate and the dress was exactly what I was looking for. Shame on them for scamming their customers!

The bride's maid dress I ordered was not at all what I received.
I did a search for blue dresses. The dress I ordered was blue ombre in the picture. There was no colour description on the dress and no place to choose colour. Then it arrived it was black ombre.
The dress size said bust was 106 cm. I am 102cm and it was 10 cm too small.
The company refused to refund my money. They offered me a $5.00 coupon for my next purchase on a $109.00 dress instead.

Worst quality ever! The dress looks noting like the original picture, the quality of the fabric is unfathomable. I order the dress in light pink, the color was hideously flashy, the designs of the bodice were all over the place! I asked for a refund and they only offered 10% where i had paid 200$ for this piece of bed sheet. Worst customer service ever!

FRAUDSTERS. Stay away, they advertise designer dresses and knock them up in their back street sweat shops. Their "dressmaker" totally screwed up a$200 usd made to measure dress, (couldn't even get into it, colour was dusty pink in the photo and it came made in s bright salmon/peach material) they will not accept a return... offered $27usd refund... the worst company we have ever come across. Don't waste your money as we did, thinking you had got a bargain.

Lots of issues with the dress quality and fit. They refused to accept a return and are offering only what they call a "15% refund" but this isn't even the correct amount (excl. Delivery costs). I'd say this is a complete scam. It looks like a US company but it's Chinese. Do yourself a favour and steer clear. I've been in dispute with them since Sept 2018.

Ordered a US12 size dress and my measurements conform to their US12 size measurements. When I got the dress, the bodice was outsize and the waist bulky - The dress looked absolutely awful on me. I took photographs as they suggested and submitted them to the company. They had the cheek to write back and say to me that the dress fitted me. They admitted the padding on the bodice was ill fitting and suggested I wear a silicon bra. Their padding was "one size fits all" according to them. I did not order a "one size fits all" dress, but a US12 size dress. They won't accept return and offered me $10 for all the inconvenience. I paid over $200 for the dress and shipping so it has been a huge disappointment to me. They are fraudulent scumbags and don't go near them!

I ordered my brides maids dresses from this site apart from them sending me the wrong size, I have to now purchase more dresses for them because the dresses are very cheap quality and them may look similar to the picture on their website but they are not the same! I wasted money!

Lauren bridal needs to go out of business. There dresses are nothing like the ones they show on the website. We ordered 4 and they were the ugliest things ever. Not what we ordered. Wrong colour wrong size wrong everything. And now they refuse to rectify the situation. Do not order from here
