I have and I will ever buy from them again. They basically have a no return policy. However, my dress was not the colour I ordered or the size. I proved this with pictures and even though their policy says they will refund under these circumstances, they did not issue me a refund.

I needed a nice "mother of the bride" dress or pant suit for my daughter's wedding. I read all the fine print. Such as returns only if the dress is made incorrectly etc. If the color is wrong well that is your problem, not theirs. Pretty much that the only way to get a refund was if the garment was made wrong. I looked at the size chart, I remeasured myself and then ordered the appropriate size according to their size chart. Shipping is outrageous. I had to pay approximately 35 dollars for regular shipping! OK, I can handle all that. The outfit arrived and I tried it on. The pants were HUGE! They have a zipper and I did not even need to unzip! They swallowed me up. I contacted laurenbridal, and sent pix of me wearing outfit. Not good enough. Layout outfit and measure and take photo of tape measure. I did that. Not good enough. Now put the outfit on and measure, take a picture. This requires another person to help, AWKWARD. So I did that. STILL NOT GOOD ENOUGH. "Let me contact the dress maker". Just any excuse not to stand behind their product. I am told that the outfit is "supposed to be big". Please! I didn't even have to unzip to put on and they were falling down from my waist. I have $185 in an outfit I can not use and they will not refund. It's not like I ordered the wrong size. The pants were 8 inches bigger than size chart said. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I suggest you find a store or only shop prime items on amazon for dresses! This company sent me dresses that looked similar to the pictures but not the same and very cheap quality

My friend bought $600 worth of bridesmaid dresses from them. The color description on the website did not match the actual color. When tried returning, they offered her $10. What a joke. Don't trust this website. Don't waste your money.
