I bought this dress for my brother's wedding to be the maid of honor. Once the dress was shipped to Canada I tried it on and the bride hated it. Tags still attached and never worn except for the singular try on I asked if I could return the dress for a refund of a different dress. I was emailed back an answer that literally baffled me. Supposedly the dress was created to be custom fit to my exact size so it couldnt be returned. Which makes no sense as I chose a size 4 from a drop-down menu. I asked if I could get a refund and they said since the dress was "custom fit" even though im in Canada and no one took my measurements they could instead give me a 5 dollar USD refund... 5 dollar refund for a dress that I paid 300 dollars Canadian for... such a slap in the face. I will not be ordering from this website ever again and I warn anyone who is going to try. Make sure you really like the dress you ordered because you won't be getting a refund or a different dress. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Oh and on top of all that FedEx sent me a duty bill because they didn't pay for that either. Just icing on the cake for an overall terrible experience. Would not recommend at all. Choose another dress website.

FRAUDSTERS. Stay away, they advertise designer dresses and knock them up in their back street sweat shops. Their "dressmaker" totally screwed up a$200 usd made to measure dress, (couldn't even get into it, colour was dusty pink in the photo and it came made in s bright salmon/peach material) they will not accept a return... offered $27usd refund... the worst company we have ever come across. Don't waste your money as we did, thinking you had got a bargain.

I liked the dress itself. However, ordering rush shipping and custom size was a mistake. It took them a week to even process the order, and I received my dress a month later than I was expecting with paying for rush shipping. The company ignored all of my requests to have my rush shipping returned since they did not meet the time it was supposed to ship in.

I was also measured by two professional tailors to give correct measurements when ordering a custom size, but they did not listen to my measurements. It took them a week to process the order because they weren't believing my sizes. Finally I emailed them multiple pictures of my body with a tape measure around different parts confirming my size. But when I got the dress, it was way too big. I had to bring it into a tailor to have it tailored which cost me double what the dress itself did. The tailor had to take out 3" inches from the torso and several inches from the sleeves, that is how much larger they made it. Lauren Bridal agreed to pay part of the tailoring because I confirmed with them that they made the dress much larger than the measurements I gave them. But in the end because the tailoring fees were so expensive, they only returned $18 out of the $350 of the tailoring and suggested instead that I just have them "remove the sleeves" instead because it was too expensive for them to pay to fix it. I ordered a dress with sleeves because I was getting married in winter, and I have a birthmark that is on my arm that I wanted to cover up, so "removing the sleeves" was not a viable option for me as I specifically wanted a dress with sleeves and that was one of the reasons I bought this dress. In the end, I liked the dress, but be careful if you need the dress by a certain time, and even more careful with ordering a custom size.

I bought a cover from LaurenBridal and it cost me $45 plus $20 shipping. I wanted to return it because the color didn't match and the shoulders were uneven. They wanted to give me a $5 coupon instead. I'm like are you serious? Keep it. Smh never again will I buy anything from these websites. My friend also bought $600 worth of dresses. When the dresses arrived, the color didn't match the website description. She wanted to return them and they offered her $10 coupon. STAY AWAY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered the dress from the company. They emailed me immediately and was interested in making sure the measurements I sent were correct. Emailed me several times about this. Then the dress came. It was the wrong color, the bust was too big, the sleeves were too short, the waist was too buldgy. I immediately emailed the same lady back and explained that I needed to make a return and she told me to take pictures and submit them. I took pictures and submitted them and haven't been able to get a reply yet. I even went to the original website and tried... NOTHING! Of course I think I won't ever see this money again.

Ordered a US12 size dress and my measurements conform to their US12 size measurements. When I got the dress, the bodice was outsize and the waist bulky - The dress looked absolutely awful on me. I took photographs as they suggested and submitted them to the company. They had the cheek to write back and say to me that the dress fitted me. They admitted the padding on the bodice was ill fitting and suggested I wear a silicon bra. Their padding was "one size fits all" according to them. I did not order a "one size fits all" dress, but a US12 size dress. They won't accept return and offered me $10 for all the inconvenience. I paid over $200 for the dress and shipping so it has been a huge disappointment to me. They are fraudulent scumbags and don't go near them!

I needed a nice "mother of the bride" dress or pant suit for my daughter's wedding. I read all the fine print. Such as returns only if the dress is made incorrectly etc. If the color is wrong well that is your problem, not theirs. Pretty much that the only way to get a refund was if the garment was made wrong. I looked at the size chart, I remeasured myself and then ordered the appropriate size according to their size chart. Shipping is outrageous. I had to pay approximately 35 dollars for regular shipping! OK, I can handle all that. The outfit arrived and I tried it on. The pants were HUGE! They have a zipper and I did not even need to unzip! They swallowed me up. I contacted laurenbridal, and sent pix of me wearing outfit. Not good enough. Layout outfit and measure and take photo of tape measure. I did that. Not good enough. Now put the outfit on and measure, take a picture. This requires another person to help, AWKWARD. So I did that. STILL NOT GOOD ENOUGH. "Let me contact the dress maker". Just any excuse not to stand behind their product. I am told that the outfit is "supposed to be big". Please! I didn't even have to unzip to put on and they were falling down from my waist. I have $185 in an outfit I can not use and they will not refund. It's not like I ordered the wrong size. The pants were 8 inches bigger than size chart said. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

This company is a SPAM! Purchased an evening gown here and have had /been having the following issues:
1) The dress looks NOTHING like it did in the picture
2) 2 parts on the dress came ripped apart. Their explainations: 1) Although the dress came wrapped as a ball, it was probably due to transit - seriously? 2) That's how it's supposed to be - c'mon at least be creative in lieing now
3) The sequins on the dress is not properly stitched on and pops up everywhere. Their solution: Pull the thread of the sequins back in from the inside
4) Their customer service is practically nonexistent. They direct you to their email
5) Just to add to their customer's frustratation, they will keep asking the same questions over and over again. Trust me, Siri, Google Assistant and the likes are so much better. My appreciation for the later just quadrupled since dealing with this company.
6) To be considerate of their labour and material costs, I didn't even ask for a full refund, I asked for only 60% of the dress amount (excluding tax, rush order fees and delivery). Their comeback - 15%!

Ladies, looking to buy anything from this site, PLEASE DON'T! This is exactly that kind of a company that makes you suspicious about online shopping. They lure you in with their designs, take your money and don't resolve your issue for weeks on end.
