I bought a dress to wear on my prom but sadly I still dont have it while my prom is next week and highly doubt I will get it before even though I paid extra money for delivery. Customer services dont even know how to do their job when I ask them how much longer it will take. And even before I bought it it said it only takes 10 days to despatch that is complete bull$#*! even though I bought a month before my prom I still dont have. Wont be shopping here again!

I have been ordering clothes from online for about 10 years and this was the first time I ordered from this site. I probably ordered from every Indian online clothing sites and this was the one of them that I wish I did not order from. First of all, I signed up because you get 10% off when you sign up and can use it on your first order. I signed up, placed an order and the code was not working. I emailed them saying the code was not working and I received a reply from them 4 days later saying the code will not work when there is a sale going on, why didn't you say that before customers place the order? Second, they charged me $77 more than other site for the two anarkalis. I emailed them and chatted with them on their site and also sent them the website address saying they are cheaper and can Lashkaraa price match, they said no because they provide "best quality products". I received the anarkalis, the quality of the fabric was so cheap! The design was different than the actual picture that was on their site, the sleeves were so big that two people could fit into them. I sent them pictures of the actual item I received the picture of the item they posted on their site, told them that they do not look same and the quality of the fabric was bad. I received a reply saying "We have sold many outfits of this design and we have not received any complains yet. This is the maximum we can provide you with i. E., $15 back to the card or $20 store credit you can use store credit for your next purchase. If interested, please write back to us"., These people are total crooks and they give false information to their customers. Would never order from them again and I would NEVER recommend them either. I told them $15 is not enough and have not heard back from them yet.

Ordered 3 outfits for around $350 and the cloth and embroidery were awful. Beads/gems came off and the clothes were extremely poor quality, itchy, and came in the wrong size. Looked nothing like it did in the photos. On top of all this, I had to email them to find out why my outfits did not ship on time. They gave me round about answers for months and my clothes finally shipped after 3 months. The returns process was a nightmare. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I ordered this beautiful anarkali from Lashkaraa's exclusive collection and I couldn't be happier. It is so beautiful and looks exactly as the model image online... I've been shopping from lashakaraa for years and they've yet to dissapoint!

I needed a lehenga for my cousin's wedding and ordered it from this site. The pictures looked beautiful and a couple of the bloggers I follow on Instagram bought clothes from here so I trusted it. Honestly, worst decision of my life. I ordered something 1.5 months in advance, yes a little late, but the site and customer service promised it would be here in time. They said it would take a month. Then the date kept getting pushed back - almost three months. By the time I got the lehenga, there was no need because there were no weddings in my family for another five years. What am I supposed to do with it? They would also not let me return any of my purchases because 'it was already stitched' but at the same time 'there was something wrong with the stitching' so I don't even know. Please do not buy thins from here, do not be fooled! Go to ustav or something like that, they are sooo much better. On top of that, they sent the wrong material blouse. Said it would be cream - got gold itchy crap instead.

I received my order from Lashkaraa today and I definitely have to write a review about it. As it was my first time ordering with them, I ordered their Light Blue and White Embroidered Georgette Anarkali priced at $125 USD. I got the order within 2 weeks after ordering and the quality was great and looked the same as the image they had posted online. I was very hesitant to order after seeing some of the reviews here but decided to give it a chance seeing all the customer photos they post on Instagram. You really cannot judge a business by others reviews as everyone has a different feel - I know people love Forever21 or Zaras items but others who hate it. To truly pass your own judgement, I feel one needs to order for themselves once and Im glad I did. Just be sure to read the descriptions accordingly as their dresses which are $30-$40 online are of a cheaper fabric but still good for the price. Ive ordered before from Cbazaar and Utsav and wasnt happy with my orders but Im glad Lashkaraa lived up to the hype.

I ordered a suit on March 5th and the site says 3-4 weeks until delivery, however, it is now April 18th and I still have yet to receive any shipping notifications. I've emailed countless times, each time I keep getting a different excuse. First the excuse was there was an "embroidery error", then I got some excuse about moving locations to service their clients better. I was promised it would ship by the end of the weekend, the weekend passes and I follow up, then I am promised it will be shipped April 17th. Another false promise. I normally do not write reviews but I have never received such horrible service. I ordered these outfits for my best friends wedding and now I will not even receive it in time thanks to LashKaraa.

I ordered an Anarkali suit@ the cost of $150 USD. First of all the suit arrived almost after a month. It looked nothing like they advertise online. The material is so crappy & embroidery does not even compliment the suit color. Their online advertisement says its ZARI work... My foot. Such a poor quality embroidery & material of the suit. Looks like a curtain material was been used to stitch the suit. I would not even wear it at home. NEVER NEVER buy from LASHKARAA.
When I sent an email within 3 days of arrival of my shipment to advise them that I do not like my order & want to exchange with something else, nobody even responded back to my email. My money is down the drain.

Lashkaraa does genuinely try their best. I have a total of 9 outfits from them, 3 anarkalis, 3 salwar suits, 2 lehengas [1 on the way], and 2 sarees. The quality does genuinely look like what they're selling, and not once have I been unpleasantly surprised by what I've received in the mail.
I have run into issues with the timing- do not place your order with them according to the timing on the website, they WILL send it late. None of my orders have ever been on time, but being aware of this i order my items well in advance for when I need them [[ordered my Eid lehenga in February just so that I don't stress]. So simply out of timing alone, I will not give them 5 stars. But the quality is gorgeous and very definitely good for your money.
Any time I have had to contact them about a late order, the people I've communicated with were very polite and understanding.

I got many compliments on the stylish anarkali a got from LashKaraa. My order came quickly, I believe within a week or two. The quality and detail is good and the price is fair. My anarkali came just as the picture showed, thought particular green color that I got showed up dark in some photos.

Will definitely put another order in with them. Also worth mentioning is online support is great. The representative helped me find what I was looking for with no problem. I told her what I was looking for and my budget and she was very helpful.

I had ordered clothes for Eid two months in advance. They had an issue with processing my credit card so they canceled the order without any notification. When I asked them what happened, they said there was an issue with the payment and that I would have to resubmit my order. I had checked my credit card and saw that they charged me and then refunded me. Had I not checked my card statement, I never would have known anything was wrong. I then re-ordered my clothes still within the time frame of the "Eid promise" and two days before Eid, they sent me an email saying that they couldn't get my clothes finished in time. I had chatted with them on three occasions and each time they had assured me I would get my clothes on time. They are terrible with customer service. The quality is also terrible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

There customer service are great but they don't give correct information. Everyone giving different information. I have been order three dresses from them, was wishing to get before Eid. They have said it will be arrive by 15 days. Once it's 19 day I called them there is customer service representative name Provin, he said they shipped 2 dress among 3 dress bcz its out of stock. Once u don't have in your stock how come I been paid for that dress. I also email them and paid 15 dollar for stitch. So I asked them to get my refund back since I will not get one dress before Eid. Next day I called them again to know abt refund there another guy pic up phone name Animesh said they will send my outfit before Eid and it's in the stock. I asked them to if I can speak to supervisor they said he is not in the store. Now again I call ed, someone else pick up my phone name Omesh, he said the order is cancelled and they will give my money back by 5 to 6 days. I hope they will return my fund.

I had a kitty party at home and had to invite all my friends over. Each one of my friend was wearing a saree from a particular state.
