I still can't get over the fact that is coming would sell their customer's account to a collection agency. A collection that doesn't communicate with with customer, doesn't send them any notices or make any phone calls. If you make a purchase using your credit card they will get all your personal information and file a collections report to your credit! Personal experience! I made a purchase in 2015, and now I am being told Lashkaraa sent my account to collections and reported to my credit.

I had joined a new company and had to attend a formal party in the office. Because I was new to the city and was unaware of the different shopping locations to venture, I started finding an online store. Suddenly my eyes spotted Lashkaraa.com. Here I found the trendiest collection of party wear sarees. I found a ravishing crepe chiffon with intricate embroidery and lace work. I feel I was blessed! Lashkaraa.com just made my day!

My friend had shifted for US to Delhi last year, to attend her sisters wedding. She didnt have any decent Indian outfit to wear for a wedding. Then I told her about Lashkaraa.com and its lovely collection. Luckily she found her best fit for party wear Anarkali suit and wore it happily.

I placed my order on November 1st and the site said it would take 21 days for the dresses to arrive. I am traveling out of the country next week for weddings that I purchased these outfits for and I have no clue whether they have been shipped or not. When I check my account, it simply says "processing". I've emailed them 4 times with my order number included and called them once during the correct times. NO RESPONSE! I haven't gotten any messages at all. I spent $770 on these outfits that I probably won't even wear. I'm SO frusturated. What kind of horrible customer service is this? I feel like I've wasted my money and will not be ordering from this website again.

I wish I could give Lashkaraa 0 stars as they have completely failed in every regard. First, the beautiful anarkali on their website looks absolutely nothing like what I received. The materials are cheap, embroidery is coming apart at every seam, and there was a large hole in a very visible place. It took weeks to reach someone in their customer service and after sending photos, they blamed the shipping service for the damages. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on Lashkaraa. At Lashkaraa the low prices are truly a sign of low quality and terrible customer service.

I was so happy I finally ordered 3 outfits for my brothers wedding just received them all and let me tell you I'm beyond pissed! The material is so cheap, they used the wrong color threads to attach my sleeves and it shows the stitching is already coming apart right out the package haven't even tried it on yet. Looks nothing like the picture at all. Now I have to go shopping in person which I was trying to avoid. No wonder they want your US dollars because they are doubling if not tripling your money. Never again will I purchase anything from them again! I wouldn't even give them a star but can't post this without it

My order has been In Production for the past 25 days. I was told I would receive it by August 1st 2016, when I initially placed the order on July 8th, 2016. After inquiring about the delay, I was then told it would be dispatched on August 2nd... ofcourse it was not. Now I'm in a predicament. I have to travel and due to their delay in production, I must change the shipping address to my hotel, but I'm not even sure they will actually ship it on-time.

After receiving the wrong order 4 days ago (which left me with nothing to wear on eid), I've been trying to contact Lashkaraa to figure out where MY order went and how I can go about returning the order I received! 4 emails and 1 phone call later, I am still waiting to hear back! Of course I've already got charged for my order, which I never received!

What kind of business is this?!? I'm so disappointed, that I'm not even getting the minimal customer service everyone should be entitled to.

I always find such great deals on your website! If I bought this new style anarkali here it would cost over $200 especially with all the embroidered and embellished work on top. Fortunately for lashkaraa I got it for less than $70. Thank you!

When I first saw this product it was a must to buy and it turned out to be exactly the same as it was showed. It fitted just right and the designs were so intricate that it was perfect for the wedding and reception I was going to attend. Dresses from this website is a must to buy!

As soon as I received this dress I instantly fell in love with it. I knew that it would fit me. And when I tried it on it was perfect. Every inch was fitting and it looked absolutely stunning. The detail on this dress was so unique and I've never seen anything like this before. I definitely know I'll order from Lashkaraa in the future again!

Honestly if you want great customer service and a on-time shipment please don't even bother coming on this website.

I should've listened to my sister in law who ordered two dresses last year from lashkaraa and said that the material was very poor. I fell in love with the Shilpa Shetty bottle green flora suit online and decided to purchase it anyway. The shipping took forever but when I eventually received it the material was horrible, felt rough and ridged to the touch. I complained to the company and didn't get a response back until over a week. They asked me to ship it back to them but they will hold 10% back for the return! I've inquired about shipping and it cost $80 to $90 to ship back! So if I ship it back I would be paying $250 and they are only going to refund me a misally $125! So I am stuck with a suit that I'm never gonna wear! I will never order from this site again!
