I agree with jasmine s! They are truly awful. I am not just saying that. I ordered a suit 3 months before a wedding and received it 10 weeks after the time of delivery and that was after hounding them for weeks. Even then, they only sent one of the suit and it was in AWFUL shape. I had to return it. They didnt cover the cost of return. It cost me $50 to ship it back and they claimed to never receive it and I never received my refund. They are horrible and deceitful. Please dont go through them!

Hello Soraya, we ship thousands of orders on a monthly basis. To err is human - and we try to keep complaints to a minimum with our service. However, sometimes a customer will order custom stitching and measure incorrectly and have problems with the suit's fitting upon arrival. We do state that custom stitched items are final sale online for this reason. Customers are more likely to comment on a negative experience than a positive one. For example, look at Forever 21, Jabong, Myntra reviews online - all are great companies, but when delivering so many orders on a monthly basis, there will at times be problems. With so many orders being shipped, errors cannot be eliminated altogether. We do try to learn from each mistake and try to improve our products and services based on customer experience feedback & repeat customers notice the speed of change / improvement in our ways & speed of change / improvement on our website.
