Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 stars. I order an item online to be custom stitched. Intact my only reason to order was that I had seen the garment worn my a public icon and it had looked amazing. However when my item arrived which took ages to even arrive, it was in an awful condition, Extremely poor quality with numerous defect and it had not matched all the measurements or specification provided. They created a big hassle for me to get a replacement, I have to return the item at my own cost from the uk. Luckily I paid for a premium service for tracking and signing on delivery in India. Anyway no one had accepted the item at lashkaraa and delivery was attempted twice. Now they are in discussions with India postal services and I seem to have not been offered my replacement or my money back. This has all been going on for over 6 months now and I have never seen such diabolical service or quality of goods. I feel they have ripped me off and so I will be taking legal action against this company.

Firstly, this is my first online purchase of any desi outfit and I absolutely fell in love with it. After following Lashkaraa's insta page for almost 2 years, I decided I had to give it a shot. I'm the type of person who has to feel the material first, but I just decided to go with my gut instinct. Everything fit me so well! I've had custom dresses made for me that have never fit me so well! Lashkaraa's customer service was impeccable and so understanding. Thank you Lashkaraa for making such a beautiful dress. I will definitely be ordering again!

Upon first placing my order from Lashkaraa I'd have to admit I was skeptical - especially after seeing some of these reviews on here. I just got my order after 2 weeks of placing my order and I must say the order was spot on... their tailors absolutely nailed my measurements and my suit fits like a glove! The images they post online are indeed true to the style. My order looks exactly like what was shown online if not more beautiful in person! Highly reccomend them!

I ordered a dress for eid with eid promise
Which means they have to deliver my dress by eid
I emailed 1 week before the eid they said it is ready to ship, I said ok great
2 days before eid again I emailed them becuse no information about shipping
They said they didnt even stich my dress and they are sorry but they were done %99 of their orderes, who cares other %99 if you lied your costumer and I am not one of %99
Very bad business, 1 month after my order still I have nothing

I just got my order from Lashkaraa and it was indeed to true to the image they provided online - if not even more beautiful in person. I've been an online shopper for years and have ordered from websites like Cbazaar and Utsav who were indeed wonderful in the beginning but their service and quality of products have definitely gone down the drain recently. I ordered a pink gharata suit from Lashkaraa's 'Lashkaraa Exclusive' line for $215 and I'm honestly really happy with how it came out and the workmanship on the piece. The gharara pants had such a wonderful flare and the piece overall looked very heavy and wonderful for the price. Much cheaper to buy latest designs here than visiting your local Indian shop in Canada. I highly reccomend them and will be a repeat buyer for sure.

I ordered the first time from this website following adverts on instagram from dressyourface. The website promised delivery BEFORE EID. This was the only reason i ordered and my outfit did not arrive until eid day itself by which time it was too late to make any adjustments.
When i contacted the customer service they denied they had anything to refund as the package arrived on eid day even thought they advertised delivery BEFORE EID or free.

Ill never recommend this website and will be taking this further!

I ordered two salwar suits for myself and my sister. Mine arrived 3 days before eid and my sisters still hasnt arrived. Before ordering my sisters one, I asked the customer service if they would be able to ship before eid since under the picture it said 3-4 weeks dispatch time. Not only did they take 3 days to reply, they lied. Said it would arrive before eid since its Eid Promise.

I emailed them about this and they said they will NOT be able to deliver before eid and that as a compensation they will give me store credit. But if I cancel the order, I get NO store credit. Really disappointed with their service as they take the word promise so lightly. Please go to other websites such as Cbazaar and utsav fashion where youll get same clothes with better, honest service.

Its only 3 days to Eid and they have not dispatched my orders and keep delaying. Even when they promised to ship out my sisters suit that is ready first, they did not. Best part they are not replying to my emails anymore. Terrible service. Should not take on more orders if unable to, dont be greedy! The least they could do is also inform earlier of delays so we could get replacement suits. Will be my first and last order with them! 2 stars because two suits I ordered for my other Sister and mum arrived much earlier to Singapore with no issues.

I ordered my outfit 8 weeks before eid. And that only I ORDERED material. Didn't hear from them until the 8th week which is just because eid to ask where my material is as I need to get an outfit made for eid and they say it's still in their production. Pissed me off to the max! Now I have no EID outfit. STUPID COMPANY has ruined my eid and now won't give me my refund that they owe me. Maybe if the manager was half decent they would look closely and see the grief they have caused.
