Ordered a custom suit in August and 2 months later still no response, when I checked with them they said they were waiting for measurements. Why wait? They could have followed up if they thought they dint get it. Once I responded that I had already given and paid extra also they said oh ya we have it and sent a dress which were not my measurements at all. Pants were really loose. Website said light blue, the color i got was mauve, pinkish shade. They were very defensive and did not address any of these made me send proof that measurements are wrong after I sent, no more response. I cannot alter it myself too cause of the zip on the side. Waste of time and money. Pictures on their website are really good but not at all worth it. Worst customer service.

Honestly, no one should purchase from Lashkaraa. I ordered a unstitched saree without customization more than 2 months ago which has yet to even be processed! Ive contacted customer support multiple times to only be told that their manufacturer is operating at 50% due to COVID and nothing can be done. This particular saree has been in and out of stock three times over with a listed processing and shipping time of 4-5 weeks. This fact was not addressed in the correspondence. I eventually got tired of excuses and had to open a claim with Paypal (thank god I use PP for my larger purchases)! Hope this saves someone the same trouble!

My package was late because they had a quality issue with my outfit and sent it back to India; however, when I received it the outfit had major problems in stitching- seems like once it was sent to India the adjustments were not made and the garment was sent to me instead of America for the second quality check. I emailed support and they deny that the garment has issues. Sunil Kumawat their agent keeps repeating that quality checks were done but that is not the case. I've ordered so many outfits and am disappointed in the way they are handling this issue. Buyer beware.

They have horrible customer service. The time frames provided are not followed. They state on their website the ship time is 4-5 weeks. I ordered 9/21/2020 and it is now 10/28 and they still havent given me any updates. A few weeks after I placed my order I contacts customer service to see what the status was. At this point they replied back to me giving me suggestions for my custom measurements. FOR WEEKS they did not reach out to me and my order was just ignored. And i doubt they wouldve reached out if I hadnt, at least not any time soon. I gave them updated measurments and they still have yet to give me any updates. I wont be able to wear this outfit for the wedding this weekend. They are really not a good website to order from. I wouldnt even be able to tell you how the quality of the clothes is because i doubt I will receive this product any time soon.

I bought this dress back in july. I wanted some alterations on this dress. It took them forever to send the invoice so I could pay. I payed the invoice and sent screenshot and deleted the screenshots afterwards. After a week I received an email to send the screenshots so they could process my order. I contacted my credit card company and gave them the screenshots. Now it's October 1st and I still haven't received my order. The sender put the wrong address on the package he didn't mention my house number now it's stuck at a DHL facility. I have been calling them for a week now and still it's not delivered. Never buying from this site again. Worst experience of buying something online. Totally devastated. Bought the dress based on some Youtubers that reviewed their products.
I don't know how the actual product is. When I receive it I will leave a review. If I ever receive it.
DO NOT BUY, PAY YOUR FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER BACK HOME TO SEND YOU DRESSES.

Ordered 2 products from their site in the first week of August and still waiting for my order to arrive. They deductEd the balance right away from account but I have no news about the shipping. Really very careless people who do not bother about their customers timings. Would never recommend to anyone. I was supposed to wear those pieces In the last week of September. Even the event is over Still these annoying people has no idea what's going with my order.

I ordered ONE dress within the month of June and they delayed it almost 3 months. Then they finally respond to me saying they can't make it my size and they only have enough materials for a smaller size. I told them no because what's the point if it wont fit me? Then I asked for a refund which took them 3 days to respond to me. Then I figured they would just issue a refund, but I never got my email or my refund. Fast forward 1 month later I message and they're apologizing because they "delayed" it. What a dishonest company. It's been 3 days since they said they would give me my refund after the month that they forgot about it and I emailed them again and the guy keeps saying we apologize and that they will get my refund soon. I SPENT ALMOST 300 ON ONE DRESS. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Tomorrow I'll be calling my bank to see if they can help me. I am so tired of this. Once I get my money back I will never be looking at this company again. I suggest you also don't. I want my money back. Who would just leave almost 300 dollars. I didn't even get a product from them. This is such a stupid situation to be in.

I ordered from Lashkaraa for my wedding. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to initially postpone our May wedding but then decided to just have an intimate ceremony at home last month - all of which we planned in less than 4 weeks. Many of the local boutiques in my area are still shut and the ones which were open were really over charging us for outdated designs. I reached out to Lashkaraa and confirmed with them if they could expedite me an outfit within 3 weeks prior to me placing the order. Surprisingly, the order came to me within just 10 days. The quality and craftsmanship indeed surpassed what I would find at local boutiques in the my area (Surrey, BC) for the price. Needless to say, I am a happy customer and indeed will be shopping again with Lashkaraa!

Ordered an outfit on 1/16/2020 to wear to a function on 2/15/2020. It is now 3/10/2020 and product still has not arrived. I have tried to call them numerous times and no on will call me back or pick up the phone. What sort of company is this? I am so upset. Only a man named Sunil replies to emails saying they are sorry and it will be shipped out. This was 2 weeks ago and still no product. I hate this company and they should be shut down. I will i could give negative stars as they deserve none!

I ordered sarees for my bridesmaids through this site. I was told numerous times through customer service it would be shipped and delivered in time For my wedding. Now I'm an two weeks out with no response from customer service, no shipment, nothing. Please be cautious when ordering and be aware that customer service will lie to you to cover up their mistakes. Very very disappointed and very worried. They've turned my wedding into a disaster.
