I purchased an item in which had to be refunded, the store told me they have refunded my order and processed it which will take 12-15 days. When I did not receive my refund they said they forgot to process it, although it was " confirmed". As a result I waited a whole month for a refund.

I've never had a worse experience with a business. First, the dresses were incredibly late. I had to email the business to inquire into the dresses location to get an update (apparently they had messed up the dress and had to redo it, but failed to tell me). When the dresses finally arrived, I was dismayed at the quality. I spent $500 and could've gotten better clothes off a cheap fast fashion site. The pant legs are completely uneven- one goes down past my heel while the other sits above the ankle.
The dress I got is huge. I ordered a small and based on the website matched the measurements perfectly. I have never seen a bigger dress in my life. My dad could wear it and it would still be big on him. It's at least 8 inches to long and 4 inches too wide. Because it's so late, there's no way I can get it fixed in time.
I reached out to the company hoping they would rectify the situation, but instead they told me the items are the most popular and there's no way they turned out like that. I am so upset that I spent $500 for late, unwearable dresses. PLEASE save yourself the hassle and don't buy from here. I wish someone had told me this beforehand.

I generally do not give bad reviews and I am big online shopper but in this case the experience was so bad that I felt it worth while to leave a review so that others dont get cheated. The good reviews given for this company must be reviews that the company bought for itself. I got tempted to buy from them because of these reviews but had such bad experience. Very Very bad customer service, outfit measurements and attitude. They are cheaters. Will keep your money, give you outfit that will not fit you because there measurement team has specific way to work and then argue with you that its your fault you didn't notify us properly what you need. The website outfits are very different from what they look in person. Also they are rude and very ill mannered. If you cancel an order because there measurement team did bad job on other outfit you ordered, they keep processing fee and keep your money. Its all about money for this company. They dont even care if you can't wear the stuff they delivered. Plus they have very bad attitude. Customer service agent named Rahul didn't had basic manners. Will never buy from this company again and will suggest others to not to buy from them

Guys don't waist your money they sell poor qulity clothes only and customer service is very very poor

I bought the Light Pink Embroidered Pant Style Saree but I wish I read reviews before I ordered. Like everyone is saying cheap quality, fake reviews, they pay for followers and unhelpful service. They will not let you return. Do not shop here.

I recieved my outfit a week ago which was already over the expected timeframe. I have emailed Lashkaara at least 7 times and they have still not resolved this. They sent me a faulty product with the salwar not matching the top colour and a missing dupatta. I now have no outfit for the event I am attending and they have not bothered to even try to resolve this, just keep ignoring my emails. They will take your money happily and send out faulty items without quality checking that parts are missing. When it comes to resolving their mistake they are nowhere to be found. Unfortunately Untrustworthy.

Placed an order. Tried to cancel it. Lashkara team was hard to reach via phone, when contacted via email they refused to cancel the order. And when they finally agreed to cancel charged restocking fee even when request for cancellation was put before the item went into production. Its been more than 20 days and they still haven't processed neither the refund. I recommend sites like nykaa and kalki fashion for safer online shopping. My experience with them have been much better than lashkara who refused to cancel my order for the first week despite my repeated requests. They are taking full advantage of online shoppers.

I took delivery on 04th august after ordering a month ago. I eagerly opened the parcel and noticed the first item had many missing parts, these have been ordered as bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. With the pandemic I have ordered many outfits virtually and understand some gems may fall off during transport but never to this extent. The first outfit had many missing gems/stones and I contacted the seller immediately who has pretty much dismissed my concerns the other two outfits have missing stones albeit not as bad as the first one. I have requested that they collect these outfits and send me new ones ensuring the quality is the same as pictured on their website as I do not have time to order from elsewhere and there be another long wait time. It is wholly unacceptable that items can be sold that are completely different to photographs. With hardly any time left I requested replacement lace to at least fix the outfits again dismissed. Sunil from customer services is AWFUL!

Lashkaraa has multiple designs of salwar suits and sarees. The work on each clothes are ethanic and unique. My family liked them most.

Good collections of men's ethnic traditional wear. Provides you the elegant and classy look. Genuine products. Amazing fabric material. High quality product. Perfectly fitted. Reasonable price. The only con is you have to order your product at least prior 4-5 weeks because shipping process takes a lot time.

Lashkaara only allow 4 and 5 star reviews to show up on their website. I posted a 1 star review through Judge.Me which is the company that sends the emails for Lashkaara verified product reviews. Guess what? THEY HIDE ALL BAD REVIEWS. YOU, AS THE CONSUMER, WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET HONEST, UNBIASED REVIEWS FOR ANTHING SOLD ON LASHKAARA'S WEBSITE BECAUSE THEY ONLY POST THE GOOD REVIEWS AND HIDE THE BAD. At the bottom of the screen it says Hidden. When you hover over it, it states "This review is hidden from the shop website". I am not allowed to change it.

I don't know how these ppl are still in business they are so ridiculous! There website states they'll make "custom size clothing" but in actually they won't! My sister and I were going order 10 outfits from them for a wedding. It actually took my 2 weeks to reach someone before there website says "custom size" but only goes up to size XL so after a back and forth with 2 reps I was finally okayed by them to send the sizes, and designs. After all that the custom sizes department took a week and half to get back to only to say these custom sizes will take 60 days to make! 60 DAYS! WTH! In actuality they just didn't want to make to because my sister and I are plus size! Don't waste your time on these ppl! They are not worth it!

Worst site to order, fooling the customer with their flashy sales, no replies on the status of your order. Have taken 1.5 months but havent delivered the order yet and have stopped replying.

Horrible experience

I bought this dress, it did take some time to come but I was not in a rush. The service was amazing! They noticed a discrepancy in my measurements and followed up with me to confirm sizing. The dress itself is wonderful, I will have to wear something under the skirt as it is slightly see-through. Overall very happy with the quality of the dress and the stitching of the blouse.

One thing I would mention is to confirm sizing. I watched the videos on Lashkaras site to take measurements. The way they showed it in the video is how I measured, but when they were making my blouse, they said the measurements were incorrect and walked me through how to measure. I would suggest Lashkar correct the video. I Will post pictures when I can wear the dress

I placed an order of three items on Dec 30 2020; I cancelled one item within the 24 hour period, they agreed to give a refund. However 25 days later there is still no refund, instead I have been told they have an internal gateway issue, I'm sure there will be more excuses to come. Either way I'm not sure why this is the customers problem, I'm still waiting for my refund and they have now stopped responding to my emails since January 16th 2021. I also haven't heard anything back regarding the other two items in my order. I have ordered from Lashkaraa in the past and the some of the items can be nice - however never again, it's not worth the hassle. If I don't hear back from them in the next day I will be cancelling the entire order. Other customers who are being stringed along with the promise of a refund, please know that you can claim back from your credit card company (if paid via that method). The service is atrocious and they are literal thieves. It's very frustrating when you have so much going on and are planning for a wedding, having to deal with this causes a great deal of stress and inconvenience. Potential customers; you have been warned.

I love love love the soft gray color and the stitching is very well done. I am 5'1 and weigh 135 the small was perfect sizing without being too snug. The bottoms is soft material so doesnt look crazy and is walkable without being a trip hazard. This dress can be played up with makeup/jewelry or simple with a cute hairstyle. Super happy with this purchase!

Do not order from this company. I received my dress and upon wearing there were major defects: Right side Bra pad somewhere between shoulder area and armpit, left one is folded over and stitched inside with the fold. Uneven stitching with bunched up material. Cheap material. Sent an email to them and their copy paste reply is " We made it custom to your size" They hide behind the CUSTOM MADE. I will be fighting with them till I get my money back. The phone number and address on their Facebook page are fake. DO not buy from them

Its every prettier in person. The embroidery work and contrast color was beautiful. I am 130lbs and 5'6 and the 42L size fit me well. Lashkaraa even put a few tweaks to the fitting as my request and the fit was perfect. I would recommend this and other products from this site. I will definitely be ordering more products from here. I purchased one item and they were quick to respond to pricing and sizing info. However, the tailor changed the sizing so the outfit would fit a 12 year old. The item was for my 25 year old sister. I have tried EVERYTHING to contact them. Their chat feature does not work, theyve stopped responding to my emails, and their phone number does not work anymore. I'm SOO disappointed
