I had a very good experience with laptopscreen.com and will purchase from them again if the need arises. The product was great and arrived promptly, although I had to check their site to see when the replacement screen shipped and get my tracking number. It would be nice if links to instruction videos could be provided, but I went to youtube and was able to figure out how to install the new screen myself, which saved me lots of money.

Rated this 5 stars because I had no complaints. I accidentally broke my laptop screen when I left my USB memory stick on the keyboard and closed the screen :( The price seemed right, $61 + shipping vs. bringing it in to a repair store. The screen came in 3 business days, looked new to me. They sent an email offering $50 if I recorded the installation and posted it on YouTube but I'm not too smooth when it comes to laptop repair, so I did not take advantage of that. It took me a bit of time to figure it out but really, wasn't that complicated and I installed the screen. Works great so far!

First and foremost your prices are beyond reasonable =) I purchased 2 screens and I received $10 off the purchase. The 15 inch screen cost much less than anticipated. I like that every computer is on the site along with model numbers. I ordered the screens and I received them within 5 days. The screen installation video was very helpful. Thank you very much for your service LAPTOPSCREEN. Looking back I dreaded the whole process was going to be difficult but from ordering to receiving to installing was much easier than I thought.

This was my first time trying to fix a computer. After going to the site, the videos helped give me the confidence and knowledge to do so. I was easily able to find the correct screen for my computer and it arrived quickly just as they said it would. It took me less than 45 min to replace the screen. I was sooo happy with the amount of money I saved over going to a professionl to let them do it. Thank you laptopscreen.com! I totally recommend!

The screen of my 4-month-old HP laptop broke while it was sitting unused and shut down for a week on a table. When I called HP support about a warranty repair, I was told that HP considers a broken screen customer-induced damage which is not covered by the warranty. However, they would be happy to send me a shipping box and repair it for $330 plus HST, which is exactly what I paid for the laptop.

I refused to pay that much for the repair and started to search the Internet for replacement screens. I found one that was compatible for my laptop at Laptopscreen.com for $59 plus $14 for shipping. I bought it and the package was delivered by UPS 3 days later. I originally planned to have a qualified technician replace the screen but instead opted to search YouTube for a video on how to replace the screen. I found one that showed me that I could easily do it myself. I already had the right screwdrivers and installed the new screen in 20 minutes.

I'm happy with the new screen and happy I decided to do it myself.
