I had a screen replaced by a local dealer last year and they blew their estimate for repair by $200.00. I knew it couldn't be that hard to replace a screen and with the helpful screen specific tutorials it was even easier than I could have imagined. I removed the old screen, veified the replacement numbers, ordered the new screen and it was delivered within three days at a price I couldn't even touch in my local market. Keep up the good service, I'll be a returning customer for any Laptop screens I need in the future!

I discovered LaptopScreen.com while searching for a CANADIAN website that sold laptop screens on-line. The reason I chose to purchase from them was because 1) I could not find another Canadian site that presented product and pricing without having to make a phone call 2) they had the best price 3) other sites did not have an exact product match.

I knew the exact product number of the screen I was looking for and found it no problem. I placed my order. I was provided with e-mail confirmation of order received and an e-mail with parcel tracking number. The parcel was received in 3 business days perfectly wrapped and in perfect condition.

I installed the replacement screen in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The screen is a perfect replacement. I even used a magnifying glass to look for dead pixels and found none.

This purchase was made Saturday, March 17,2012 and received Wednesday, March 21,2012. The screen is still performing flawlessly. My daughter is quite happy and she promises not to poke the screen anymore.

I crammed my carry-on bag into an overhead bin on a flight and when I next booted my almost-new HP Pavilion dm1z the LCD had obviously been cracked: only a third of it was readable. HP wanted $300 for replacement and the machine is worth at most $450. I found the right screen on this site -- they gave measurements that ensured I got the right one of several possible ones -- ordered it, a bit annoyed that I hadn't been told that the shipping would be a bit steep as the replacement would be coming from Canada -- but they had the screen in stock and various other sellers did not. Replacement was easy, the screen seems to fit and work perfectly. I suppose that some customers might have legitimate complaints with this company, but apart from no warning about the shipping costs I can't say I have any. Yes, they did send me an e-mail asking for a review here.

I recently ordered a replacement screen for a HP laptop, was necessary to remove original screen & compare to pictures on websight to get the correct screen. The new screen shipped quickly, was well packaged & worked perfectly wheh I installed it.To be honest, I was a little concerned with the low price (I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for)but was pleasantly suprised with the quaility & function of the replacement screen. The backlight bulb on 3 and half year old dell inspiron 1525 was starting to go and this site came up on the google search. I think I got lucky on choosing the right screen but it works fantastic. It's better than my previous screen. I did have to youtube the installation process on my tablet but once you can get the old screen out you're pretty much done. I think if there was a better way of choosing the right screen or a way of doing an error check to ensure you chose the right screen that would improve the site but for the most part it was self explanatory. And the prices were the best compared to other sites. I would recommend this site to others!

Not sure why there are SO many negative reviews. I ordered my Toshiba laptop screen late at night, the cost of S+H was a little pricey, but considering going through the manufacturer is WAY more expensive, it wasn't a big deal. I received my screen within 2 days, and installation was quick and easy using a YOUTUBE tutorial. Bottom line-- Don't listen to the negative reviews. They will always outnumber the positive reviews because people who are satisfied will almost never think about the issue again. If I ever have another issue, I will definitely order through this website!
