Follow the generic YouTube instructions before you start the replacement process - it really helped me. The 3-year warranty seals the deal.

I ordered and received my screen in short time as promised. I was able to track my order from the time it was shipped until received. I am able to track my order, easily because Laptopscreen.com sent emails basically everyday on the status of my order until I received my screen. It was also easy to install. They even provide a step by step video on their website about how to install your new screen. Most importantly, Laptopscreen.com saved me $200 by ordering and installing the screen myself. It would have cost me $265, plus postage, to send my computer into a repair shop to replace my screen. Also it saved me from having to purchase another computer. A must use company, when it comes to getting your computer screen replace! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I bought 2 screens from them and was very happy with the pricing, packaging and the speedy delivery. No complaints, both worked great.
Great experience. Web site easy to use and got right screen replacement product number easily. The video showing how to change the screen very useful and gave me confidence to skip the Best Buy $150 installation fee and do it myself. Took 25 minutes total, from unpack, inspect, dis-assembly, disposal of old screen, install new screen and testing. Product ordered on Saturday afternoon, shipped on Monday, promised delivery the following Monday but actually delivered by UPS that Wednesday. Very impressive overall.

Shipped surprisingly fast, and was exactly what I needed
They shipped very quickly and the laptop screen was flawless - no dead pixels and was a name brand LG screen. It was better than the original screen and has a 3 year warranty. Hope to never buy another replacement screen, but if I had to this would be the store I would go to. Ended up being $20 more than a site I bought a previous screen at, but this one was MUCH higher quality.
