This is the first place I go the next time I need a laptop screen.
A friend of mines mother ran over her suitcase with her Gateway laptop inside cracking the screen. I had some trouble trying to figure out which screen it took so I messaged them. I received an email telling me which screen I needed. I ordered it and UPS said it would be Monday before I received it. It actually arrived on the Friday before. 3 days I believe total from order date to receipt. I had never installed a laptop screen before, but found a YouTube video explaining how to do it. I popped the old screen out and had the new one back in, in less than 30 minutes and had the laptop up and running. Customer was VERY happy, and so was I. No issues here with this company and would buy from them again. Also like to mention that Gateway wanted $200.00 to replace her screen. I charged her $25.00 to remove the old, and replace the new. She had about $100.00 in it having me do it for her.

Screen works great. Price is affordable and looks like factory installed. I had a samsung screen and they sent a lg. They do all the cross referencing. I will return for my next screen.

There was one dead pixel in the screen I purchased, but its a clear picture and the screen is in otherwise very good shape. For the price payed I am satisfied with the screen.

When my son dropt his moose skull (I know you will not believe it) on his 3 days old laptop, I checked with the local service centers and even tried to buy the screen locally but the price was as high as the computer costed in the first place. And then I found this site, ordered the screen att noon wednesday and had in my hands friday at noon, and the price was 15% of what my servicecenter was going to charge my! I won!

Cracked my laptop screen, and as a college student, dreaded having to repair it. I knew I could save money by doing the repair myself, but the next problem was finding the right screen for a good price. I looked first through my laptop dealer's source of screens and then found this wonderful site, who was selling the screen for OVER 50% LESS than the price from the dealer. Cheap screens and SO EASY to find the right screen for your computer. Shipping was fast, safe, and easy, and the screen came unblemished in a few days. I would recommend this site to anyone buying a replacement laptop screen.
They seemed a little sketchy, like I was afraid of the quality when they only had two screens that were the right size for my laptop, however the results were much better than I was expecting.
This site was very user-friendly. I simply placed the type of laptop I had and it then displayed a variety of compatibility screens. I contact HP to purchase an original screen but the price was five (5) times the cost of what I paid on this site. This is my work computer, so I needed the screen ASAP. The next day shipping option was available and I got a confirmation in about an hour that I screen was shipped. I love this screen. It is better than the one I had before. This one has a gloss look giving of an HD effect. I hope I do not break my screen again, but I highly recommend the website. One suggestion though, I also needed to purchase a mouse. More computer accessories sales need to be available. If not, have a link available to go to and be able to add to the same cart to make one payment/shipping.
Absolutely no problems with this company. Their tutorials were very helpful, they had my screen in stock, shipped quickly, installed just like the tutorials instructed, laptop back in perfect operating condition. I saved almost $200 compared to a 'professional'

I found the website user-friendly and easy to navigate, with very helpful information about exactly how to chose the right screen. The pricing was very reasonable and the screen arrived even quicker than was promised! I bought a second screen a week or so later and had the same experience. At one point I called for customer service and my call was answered promptly - by a live person! - and my issue resolved quickly.
I was nervous about buying such an expensive item online but I got my screen in 4 days and it works flawlessly. I highly recommend using this site!
