I own a business and a client's son dropped his 6-month old laptop and the screen shattered. I ordered the replacement from Laptopscreen.com. The ordering was simple and the customer support was very professional. I received the laptop screen promptly and in great condition. If that wasn't enough, the company gives selected purchasers even more money off of their order if they record a video on youtube of them replacing the screen. I will definitely purchase from this company again!

Well my son jumped on the couch and landed on my wife's laptop screen. The screen started out with a small crack in the corner causing some pixelation and within a week grew to half the screen. I did some research online and found laptopscreen.com. It was very reasonably priced compared anyl other site I found. What sold me on the sight was the ease of determining the proper laptop screen as well as the tutorials online that show how easy it was to replace it. Percy my laptop screen in less than a week and replaced it in less than 20 minutes. It is working great and my wife is thrilled.

I felt much better informed after looking at this website than I did when looking at the others. I almost bought a screen from another site, if I had, it would have been the wrong one. I really appreciated the information on how to choose the right screen and the video on how to replace the screen once I got it. The only bummer was having to pay the extra fee to get it through customs. But, overall, I am pleased because I was able to do it myself and it worked.

This was my first time ordering a screen from anyone. I had done alot of research to compare all sources of screens for my laptop so I could make a good decision. There ended up being two reasons I chose laptopscreen.com. One, they had a lower total price (part +S/H) than the others. And two, they had the screen in the Matte finish, which most sites did not. I did not have to settle for a "Compatible" screen as some sites were offering, a workaround due to limited availability of my part. I also liked that I could call a live person to ask any questions about the part or the order. That is always comforting, when ordering online, as it helps to legitimize who you are dealing with. I received the screen in only two days, even though it was supposed to be 3-day shipping. Just had it installed this past weekend and it is perfect! I hope I don't go through breaking my screen again in the future, but it is good to know that there are good, honest companies like this out there. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I dropped my iPad onto a concrete floor and shattered the screen, found a replacement screen at LaptopScreen.com, followed the video guidance on YouTube and replaced it. It works fine, installation was straightforward, product arrived quickly and I thought the price was fair. Quibbles include no mention of the thin gasket around the outside of the screen (but shown being removed and discarded in the video - there is now a tiny gap around the screen) and the adhesive on the replacement screen is only good, not great. But my iPad works again and I did it myself! Thanks, LaptopScreen.com - I would use them again.

I purchased a screen from them ($77, including shipping) when HP refused to fix mine (even though there was NO evidence that it was cracked) despite my warranty. My son had the old screen off and the new one on in less than 10 minutes. DO NOT take it somewhere to have it installed, as it is extremely easy. I would have done it myself if my eyes weren't so bad on close up work. I am planning on buying one for my Toshiba Satellite (the crack on this one IS my fault!) as soon as I can. Great price + quick turnaround = a happy customer!
