Correct Product at a fair price. Cannot ask for more!

I had a cracked screen on my HP laptop only 4 months old not covered under warranty out of pocket repair from HP was $350.00 plus a 4 week turn around. I watched the video removed my screen matched to the correct one online, Ordered the replacement, installed it myself from the video in 15 minutes for $70.00 and the screen came in less than a week! No problems with this at all.

They had easy and simple instructions to install the screen I needed. I did it with no problems and it works great!

I was looking for a very, very specific screen. Other sites didn't convince me that I'd receive an original part. Laptopscreen was a bit more expensive but they convinced me that they had the original one. And indeed. I got an awesome new screen from them. Recommended!

Needed a new screen for my girlfriends daughters laptop. Called to make sure i had the correct screen and the tech was very helpfull. They actually sent me an email with the link for the screen i needed for the laptop. The price was very good and shipping was about a week to get it. WORKED GREAT! Culdnt have asked for more!

The screen they provided for my old ThinkPad T61 worked as expected and was a good price. There was no need to interface with customer service, so I cannot comment there. The only suggestion I could make to improve my experience was that the could have provided a link to the instructions from Lenovo on how to swap out the screen so I did not have to find them myself.

Customer support not helpful at all, I had to do all the work finding the screen myself after they did not have my screen available. I was very clear with my questions, and they still seemed to not understand. I found a suitable screen however by my own and it works fine.

Very easy to find the exact part needed, also great instructional videos on the replacement process. Item was received very quickly and the quality was as expected. Will be coming back for future LT Screen needs (which is pretty often with our users). Thak you!
