I found a YouTube video how to change out the screen with my model. It was as easy as the YouTube showed. Easy to find the screen I needed on their website. Great price, they shipped the same day. Gave me a choice of which shipper, ie UPS, USPS, or EedEx. You don't see that very often. They guys are perfect.

Overall very happy, similar story to the other reviews. Very happy to replace the display and not the entire laptop. My only request is that there would be a recycling program option, where you could return the damaged screen to Laptopscreen.com for recycling, to help reduce e-waste even more.
I broke my screen on my lap top. The geek squad wanted $600 and several weeks turn around. Turns out the geek squad is a scam. I found laptopscreen.com on line and for $100 icluding the shipping I had a new one in three days. Awesome. The on line how to do it your self demo was also a nice feature.

I had to replace the lcd on my out of warranty ASUS gaming laptop due to a white broken screen. It was hard to find a glossy, HD resolution (1920x1080), laptop screen for it but I found it at laptopscreen.com. It came promptly and I installed it. Only problem I found is that it has two stuck dead pixels. They would probably charge me return shipping if I tried to send it back so I decided I'll just live with it. I know that it wasn't from me because I am experienced when it comes to computer work and installing laptop lcd screens. Also, when hooked up to an lcd tv, all pixels were correct so I know it's the screen and not the video card. So... hence the 3 star rating. They should test all screens right before sending them out and this might be able to be avoided more. If they want to take care of the customer to get a five star rating and exchange the screen and pay for all shipping costs... I'm all ears. Feel free to contact me through this review.

Ordered a replacement screen for a Toshiba Satellite. The screen arrived quickly as promised. When the number on the back of the replacement screen didn't match the OEM, I sent an e-mail questioning the difference. Response was with 24 hrs as promised. Installation went fine. No problems. Works great. All-in-all; perfect.
I would have rated laptopscreen.com with 4 stars. However, they excelled in three areas; reasonable cost; fast shipping (I ordered on Friday and it was delivered Monday) and packaging. The display was inside a static bag, the static bag was inside a bubble wrap envelope, and the bubble wrap envelope was inside a heavyweight cardboard box. That earns 5 stars in my book!
This site is locate in Vancover and if one uses a debit card there will be international charges. The people sent me a screen with one of the wires too short and when I hooked up out of the case it did not sync with my video card. I sent it back for a refund to which they tested their screen and said it worked fine. My system has several types of lcds, theirs just did work. I asked about my refund they said it would be 3-5 days before they returned my money. When sending unit back there are charges incurred and paper work that has to be included for shipping outside U.S. Their site is slow and all correspondence has to go through the site. No direct emails except to notify one that there is something to read at thier site. It has taken almost three weeks to get done that which if I used a US site would have been done in half the time. I will not use again, ever.
