Web site had excellant tools to help me find the right screen and great video to show me how to install it. Price was very good and ship time was fast. I would definately recommend this site for the novice computer repair person.

I was about to dump my son's 2 year old laptop in the landfill when I found this site. They had a brand new OEM level screen and the tools to install it. And it arrived WAAAAYYY faster than I expected (like 2-3 days).

Ordered the screen for a Dell laptop on Saturday, shipped Monday had it in hand by Friday(from Canada to pa, us). Was well packaged, screen was clean and had invertor already attached. Instalation was easy as the screen was exactly the one I. Needed. It's now 3 months later and still works great. Ver happy with the product but shipping was a little longer than I expected.

Got it fast. Online instructiuons were not for my particular model, but it was a snap! Took 20 minutes. Next time, if needed, it will take 10 minutes. Get a jeweler's screw driver set before you start.

Had what I needed, price was good and shipped quick.
2 days later screen arrived, packaged well.
Had watch the video when I ordered, so 10 minutes later screen was installed and good to go.

Quickly found my replacement laptop screen on their website and I watched a short video on how to replace it. Looked easy enough so I ordered the screen. It arrived a day earlier than I expected it and I installed it within 20 minutes.

It seems like these guys have a mixed reputation here, but my experience was good. Their website was comprehensive and helpful in picking the right screen (I had not replaced a laptop screen before). The screen arrived on time and was the same LG model that it was replacing. I have a HP Pavilion dv4, so the screen was a huge pain to install, but I can't blame the website for that :)
