My laptop was opened and on my bed, a kid I was babysitting for a little while started jumping on the bed and landed on the screen which cracked it and the screen bled all sorts of colors. I ordered a new laptop screen from this site for a total of $76 and it came within the next day b/c my shipping address is in the same city as their warehouse (I was still charged for shipping of course).

Anyway, I followed the instructions on one of the videos provided and everything worked out great! I am happy w/ laptopscreen.com b/c I saved myself about $180 if I had gotten it fixed at a shop instead. I would recommend this site to anyone in need of a new laptop screen replacement!

I tried to have my HP laptop screen fixed locally but it was going to cost about $200 for parts and labor. I looked around and finally found the best price on laptopscreens.com. It was $58 total including shipping and it arrived in Atlanta from Washington State in less than 4 days with standard shipping. I could not have been more pleased with this transaction. I even called durin gmy online ordering process to make sure I was getting the correct screen and they confirmed I was. Perfect transaction overall.

I needed to replace my laptop screen and saw online people saying how complicated it was and that you should get an expert which according to them would be between $200-300. But I saw laptop screen.com I went to the tutorial for my laptop and it looked easy enough so I ordered the screen it came sooner than they said it would and it was just as easy to install as the tutorial showed it would be and it only cost $70. Everyone I know is being told to go to laptop screen.com if they need a new screen. I know I will.

I'm a photographer, never took my lenovo t40 for a serious photo retouch machine (quick field work I mean).

Well, it had a matte screen with false hues, no blacks almost, no sharpness, no tonal scale worth considering.

After I got a replacement au screen (glossy) I got rich blacks, wide tonal scale, realistic hues with a capability of discriminating between skin tones and different types of chips (eg nikon, sony, canon).

For quick work to show off on flickr or advanced amateur work it is really enjoyable and useful.

Was in a huge hurry to get a screen for my son in college, since he had to have his computer for school. I didn't do a lot of research, saw a couple of good reviews and decided that since it was a good price, I'd risk it. And how glad I am that I did. It shipped out fast, the communication was good, and the screen was perfect and easy for him to install. I now have somewhere to go if I ever need anything else, without question.

I ordered a screen and it did not work when I received it. I then had to pay another 15 dollars to have it shipped back and then another 15 to ship a new one. This screen has now cost an extra 45 dollars with all their fees to ship again. I would never use this company or recommend it to anyone. Their customer service is awful. Hopefully the new screen will work when I receive it. If not I'll take a hammer to it and send it back in pieces and write a bad review on every site I can. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a replacement screen for a friend of mine who had managed to drop her laptop and crack a corner of the screen, rendering the top-left portion of it completely pitch black and unusable. Laptopscreen.com had a decently priced replacement, so I placed an order with them.

I was impressed in that the screen was a direct Samsung component, and that it was properly packed to prevent damage from shifting and possible ESD. The instructions that they had for the laptop model in question were easy to follow, and after a few minutes, I was able to replace the screen with no troubles. My friend could not be happier with her laptop now that the screen has been replaced and she can use the entire screen-space.

I would definitely recommend laptopscreen.com when it comes to getting a replacement screen, and I would definitely buy from them again should I have to perform a screen replacement in the future.

Screen was inexpensive, secured shippment, and arrived withing 2 days perfectly packaged. Installation was easy as i watched video provided on laptop screen website. My wife's to be buried laptop is now active and running like new. Thank you because i have no anxiety and worries anymore of how am i going to get enough money to buy another laptop for my wife to use for her school work. I am soo glad I found you guys. Ordered 2 screens on Friday afternoon around 1 PM (from France), payed by PayPal, order shipped by UPS a few hours later and received Monday morning. The screens I received are the exact reference I ordered, and are new. This site had the lowest price on these particular screen, even with shipping added, they were still cheaper than the price asked by sellers here in France or in the UK.

I would definitely buy again, and will most likely buy any other screen I might need from them!;)

To be 100% honest, they asked me by mail after my order to review them on this site, and since my transaction has gone perfectly fine, well, here is my review :)

I ordered an LCD replacement screen for a laptop and received (after a long time) the wrong part and it had a bad backlight on top of that! I was told that I had to pay shipping both ways. I was screwed. They are slow to respond via email, and in person on the phone, they stick to the script. Poor customer service, slow shipping, and bad parts. Avoid these people. I guess I'm just a naive Midwesterner that expects polite, understanding customer service and companies that accept responsibilities for their mistakes.

Was pretty nervous about locating a trustworthy site for purchasing a replacement for my Dell Latitude E6420. Was even more concerned that installing the replacement might be more difficult than various YouTube videos suggested. Laptopscreen.com worked really well for me: I located a replacement screen pretty quickly using the website's links/tools, the ordering was straightforward, and the screen arrived on time. Using the tutorials and going nice and slow, I installed the replacement in less than an hour (I went really slow and went back and forth between videos & other online help documents). The only hiccup in the installation was plugging the screen back in to the laptop. I bent one of the teeth on the comb-like plug. Thankfully, I was able to gently pry/bend the tooth back in place using a sewing needle and, viola, the screen works great. I'd use laptopscreen.com again for sure.
