Great Experience

I was looking for an lcd screen for an old laptop. I ordered one from a seller on eBay first, but it was the wrong type of panel, even though their description matched my part number. That was a complete waste of time.

I then stumbled across the LaptopScreen website and thought I'd give them a try. The screen was perfect and my old laptop now has a new lease of life. My kids can use it for homework whilst I enjoy my new shiny laptop in peace.

I would definitely use this site again and highly recommend it if you're looking for a new screen!

Screen fit and worked was easy to install except for some glue on the connector on the laptop video cable which we cleaned up with alcohol and did a little work with tape to get it to make contact its been working for a month no problems

As always, one can only comment on his firsthand experiences. Mine was great. I had a damaged HP LED. Looked up a replacement by the laptop model #. Since I've been burned before I also took the precaution to disassemble the laptop to get the LED's HP part #. With that part # I was able to quickly verify the two available replacement options (glossy/matte). I ordered the matte replacement and it came in about 4 days brand new and undamaged. It works fine, looks great and the price was fair all the way around.

Others may have (or may yet) experience something different but I will not hesitate to return in the future.

Excellent reseller

I have contacted the reseller before ordering, and they have addressed all my questions, even though they offer an excellent return policy. My project was to upgrade the laptop screen and not just replace with the same model, so success was not guaranteed. LaptopScreen tech guys took the time to explain to me what could and could not work, based on which I made my decision to proceed, knowing that I could return the product as long as it is not installed and used.

After purchase, item was shipped promptly and arrived quickly; packing was excellent and lots of care went into packing the screen so it will arrive safely.

I am thankful for the staff at LaptopScreen, and I am now enjoying an amazing screen for my once-dull laptop

My Acer netbook screen got stepped on, and cracked it; (not hard mind you, I will never buy another netbook, that is another story), but less than 6 months old, I ordered a new screen from laptopscreen.com
Isn't Screencountry the same company, I don't know? Came from Canada in a timely manner, my son installed it, so far, perfect! These knock off screens will never match exactly your original, however note that my son has installed several from this co. For friends etc and so far so good.

Do not manufacture their own screens -
They use available screens from the above producers.

Quite frequently the same laptop model was shipped with various screens.

When you order a screen from us you will receive a screen from a reputable
Manufacturer, which was used during the production of your laptop by your vendor.

Hi,
I was a bit reluctant ordering through this website because of previous reviews, that's why I am taking a few minutes to post a brief feedback.
I am located in Montréal (Canada). I ordered my screen on Sunday night. It has been shipped on Monday and on Tuesday my laptop was up and running again.
What else can I say... "Efficiency" is the first word that comes to my mouth. Hope this will help others.

My Dell Precision M4400 screen suddenly died. I found this site online in google but also talking with a friend they recommended it as they had success in fixing a toshiba notebook using the laptopscreen.com. It is great to be able to repair my own notebook that is out of warranty rather than dispose of it. laptopscreen.com provide a wonderful service in keeping stock of LCD parts for lots of computers. My Dell M4400 was fixed promptly because the dispatch and shipping was quick and the international mail was fast. (Canada to Australia). I will definitely will use this site if ever again I have trouble with an LCD.

I ordered and received promptly 2 laptop screens. No probs at all. The only thing they could've done better was that I accidentally ordered the screens individually, and I couldn't find any way to merge the orders afterwards, so I ended up paying for two lots of freight. If they had recognised two orders with the same delivery details it could've saved me some more money, but my mistake not theirs.

A friend of mines mother ran over her suitcase with her Gateway laptop inside cracking the screen. I had some trouble trying to figure out which screen it took so I messaged them. I received an email telling me which screen I needed. I ordered it and UPS said it would be Monday before I received it. It actually arrived on the Friday before. 3 days I believe total from order date to receipt. I had never installed a laptop screen before, but found a YouTube video explaining how to do it. I popped the old screen out and had the new one back in, in less than 30 minutes and had the laptop up and running. Customer was VERY happy, and so was I. No issues here with this company and would buy from them again. Also like to mention that Gateway wanted $200.00 to replace her screen. I charged her $25.00 to remove the old, and replace the new. She had about $100.00 in it having me do it for her.

My son had dropped his Toshiba Satellite and shattered the screen. Found LaptopScreen site on-line. The site was intuitive and easy to navigate. I was able to find the screen I needed and place the order within minutes. The product arrived carefully packed on the promised delivery date. Having never attempted a laptop screen replacement before, the videos on the website guided me through the process. Followed the instructions and had the laptop back in service in no time.

If I ever need another screen replaced or know someone who does, I will definitely recommend LaptopScreen!

Easy to find the screen I needed, and to order it. Arrived within 3 days; much sooner than I expected.
Did not have to speak with anyone, so, I can not comment on the customer service portion of the company.
At this time, I would reuse them.

My daughter fell down the stairs carrying her laptop. I searched the internet for a screen provider and a reasonable cost. I found laptopscreen.com; my other alternative was buying on ebay which added an entire dynamic to the purchase having to ship cross-border. I was happy to see that this website had a Canadian location. I ordered the screen on a Friday evening - the screen was shipped as promised on the following Monday (next business day) and arrived at its destination within three days as promised. Screen was undamaged and was replaced incident free. The best part was that with shipping etc - cost was very reasonable and had my daughter's laptop up and running with minimal downtime. I was very pleased with them and would not hesitate to use them again.

I guess I got lucky too?!? Had no problem at all from start to finish. Wasn't sure what screen to get, so I sent in pictures of my cracked one. Got a reply the next day with a link to the one I needed. Ordered it, and it came 4 days later. Works perfectly. Don't see what the big deal is. I do a lot of online purchasing, and found Laptopscreens.com to be as good, if not better than others I've dealt with...

Laptopscreen.com had my laptop screen in stock and shipped it to me the next day. I received it 2 days later. Total cost (including tax and shipping) turned out to be around $70-75--the screen arrived, brand new, well protected and in perfect condition. It was a perfect fit for my laptop and took about 30 minutes to install (I looked up some videos on youtube for installing my screen). All in all, considering that the price is lower even than amazon.com, the shipping was fast, I got follow up emails on how to dispose of my old screen, the tracking info was correct and the product was perfect, I would definitely use laptopscreen.com if I ever break my laptop screen again.

I had to replace a cracked screen (my girlfriend put something heavy on it) on a Toshiba Satellite A665. I ordered from this site because they were almost the cheapest, and they had a much better warranty than the cheapest (which was only a few bucks difference). Furthermore, their sites list of videos gave me confidence that I was doing it right (I had already taken it apart--if I had watched the video first, I could've removed fewer screws). I received the screen in just a few days, installed it in about 15 minutes and it has been running perfectly ever since (a couple of weeks). I'm quite happy with it and I would definitely purchase from them again. - James

A computer repair person wanted $200 to replace/repair my mini screen. LaptopScreen looked up the proper part, told me where to review the video to replace it and shipped it in 3 days. All this for $53. Replacement was easy in 10 minutes. What a deal and what a savings. This is my highest recommendation.

I purchased a screen for my broken hp laptop, it didn't come with anything to show how to install it in the computer but I guess that's what youtube is for. My screen was supposed to take 7 days to arrive through usps, but surprisingly it arrived four days early, gave me plenty of time to install before going back to work.
