Good service, screen worked out of the box... I had an issue with a crappy inverter that was supposed to work, and questioned the screen... It was the inverter... Excellent quality at an excellent price. I saved over $200 by doing the repair myself. Anyone having issues needs to review their own repair techniques. The screen was flawless, installation is a matter of gentle and concentrated diligence, with proper tools of course.

I ordered a HiRes panel for my MacBook Pro 2010. Shipment was quite fast from UK to France, good packaging. Tech support contacted me to check that I had received the parcel, advised me on what to do if the parcel was damaged. I also got timely response for technical questions during mounting. The panel I received was LG Philips, instead of a Samsung originally installed. Image quality is very good, no bad pixel or defect of any kind. Thanks a lot!

Had purchased a new HP in April 2012 and the screen broke for no reason... so called HP and they didn't want to fix but did, turned around in one month and it did it again. Ordered a LED screen for my Acer laptop from laptopscreen.com, good prices, prompt shippment, good communication.

Item came in perfect condition, it was tightly packed with bubble wrap. Screen came quickly, good communication through email included UPS tracking.

I looked up screen replacement on youtube, im not a very handy person, it was pretty easy to dismantle the cover around the screen and replace cracked screen with the new one.

They had the right screen for my Asus laptop and for an excellent price. They shipped the next day and I had the screen in 4 days. Over 1,000 videos on the site showing how to replace the screen yourself, one was for my exact model. Replacement took only about 15 minutes thanks to the video. Saved me over $150 from what the local repair shops wanted and they were going to take a week to 10 days. No downside here. 5 stars across the board.

My daughter did a typical teen thing and shut her touchscreen HP laptop on some ear buds. Naturally, the LCD was gone. Dropped my Dell Studio 1550 and cracked the screen. Searched using another PC and found laptopscreen.com and was pleasantly surprised at the prices. Plus they had videos posted showing how to do the replacement. Ordered late morning and the screen was delivered by noon the next day. Less than 10 minutes later I was up and running. All less than US $100 delivered overnight.

One small hiccup. The email I received provided a tracking was for UPS and it never worked. The package was delivered by FedEx but the packing material was all labelled UPS. I was a little anxious when I could not track the package but was happy once it was delivered.

The new screen matched the old one exactly, and has been working fine for the past month.
