Their ads pop up on Facebook as a closing out sale. My husband ordered two shirts and three jackets. The shirts came quick. The jackets never came. When he looked up contact info, there was only a website and when he emailed them, no reply. He emailed several more times and nothing. I commented on their Facebook page and no reply there either. I also began noticing other Facebook ads under other company names with the same photos as lancetactical. Then I learned that the name of the site is trying to look like lancertactical which is a legit site. They just removed the "r". Wish I had looked at this ad in more detail before showing my husband and him ordering things. All he could do was dispute the payments for the jackets with his credit card. There is no legit way into even contact them. Their site seems American and has someone making the website who speaks fluent English but I can tell the shirts he got are from China. So tired of this as I really tried to look for signs it was a scam but next time I will make sure I see a phone number and call it first before ordering anything to see if it is a legitimate contact for a legitimate business.

I ordered an item at the end of November, and granted it is only the second week of December I have not had any responses from them with shipping information as promised. I purchased this as a Christmas gift and am very worried it will not get here. I am only responded to them by an automated general response about how they will bet back to me in 48-72 hours, which have passed with both emails I've sent. The lack of communication is super sketchy and I am not happy about this.

I ordered from Lance Tactical twice. On the first occasion, I received the product I ordered with no problem, although it took far longer than originally quoted. It's a nice jacket. This is the reason the review is 2 stars rather than 1 star.

On the second occasion, I was sent the wrong item in the wrong size and appear to be stuck with it, as I cannot get a response from customer service. I describe the negative experience below, which I warned Lance Tactical I would do if I did not receive a response by January 10,2020 (over a month after my original order).

On approx. December 2,2019, I ordered an extra-small sized Covert Element jacket from Lance Tactical. On approx. December 15, I received a medium-sized CliffRise jacket. Unexpectedly, this package came from China.

On December 16, I emailed Lance Tactical asking them to send me a prepaid shipping label so I could return the jacket for either a refund or an exchange. I received an automated message assigning me a ticket number and promising a response within 3-5 business days. I received no response, so I emailed again on December 22, 26, 30, and 31,2019, and on January 6,2020. I still have received not response.

Lance Tactical's lack of response comes despite their stated return policy. Given that I purchased this product partially in reliance on that return policy, this seems to be a deceptive and unfair business practice.

Also, Lance Tactical has been having a "Closing Down Sale" since late October 2019, when I first came across their website. However, they remain in business today (Janary 20,2020). This appears to be another deceptive and unfair business practice.

I will also be disputing the charge for the jacket with my credit card company. I am considering alerting the Federal Trade Commission because, judging by the reviews on this and other sites, my experience with Lance Tactical is not unique.

I chose the 60% refund option per earlier email communication but have not seen refund nor heard back from you. "a refund of 60% of the product value without needing the pictures or the return of the product to us."
