The lamps were absolutely gorgeous. However, they were HUGE and didn't fit on my tables. I wish they were available in a smaller size.

This fan was extremely difficult to assemble. Instructions were very poor. Missing steps. It took forever to mount this fan. Beautiful once assembled and good functionality.

I had a chat with an agent and I asked for a "New Customer" courtesy discount and she was rather impolite and not very customer-service oriented. I was ready to void my entire purchase.

Unbelievably fast delivery with no damage. The actual product looked just like it did online.
The floor standing lamp has 3-lamps. There is no electric switch, unbelievable. Each lump have to switch on and off. Specially, difficult to reach top lamp switch. This product is no use, I sent it out to garbage collector. Never trust to order any products from this company ‼

Hi - if the design you ordered had individual controls on each lamp head, and that is not what you wanted, all you had to do was contact our customer service team and we could have arranged for a return and found you a design that better suited your needs, If you still need help from our customer service team you can contact them and they can assist you. Great choice of products. Delivery was questionable though since they dropped off the lights by my mailbox instead of on my front porch - glad they weren't stolen since our mailbox is 300 feet from our front door.
