My lamp was online only.the first lamp came broken.i paid for another for the exchange and return.they sent the wrong one. Then I ordered a new one and the lady forgot to press the buy button so I never received the new one. Finally I got to talk to a manager. I have already put in a complaint and Noone contacted me. Horrible! Customer sevice.

So easy to order online with free shipping instead of going to the store in 110 degree temp.
Purchased two fixtures for outside to replace old ones that flank the garage. Proportions were too big so returned in person to my neighborhood Lamps Plus. Original order was through the website. Easy and quick return in store. Purchased same set that was a size smaller and it works great and looks fantastic. The fixtures elevate the house and make it look more modern, fresh and current. Easy to install, well made and highly recommend. Hopefully will hold up well to the elements.

This is my first experience with Lamps Plus after being frustrated trying to locate a lamp at retailers. The ordering process was simple and clear. Delivery as was predicted. The lamp was well packaged, all parts were present, and the instructions clear. I was able to assemble the lamp by myself.

Love the color and design. But the motor makes an annoying noise - low or high speed. Was really hoping this would be a quiet motor - considering the price. It was a leap of faith.
