DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. After waiting 6 weeks for a $2500 order, I cancelled it by phone. They charged my account even though I NEVER received the merchandise and have been giving me the runaround for 3 weeks now, with no success. Customer service communication just gives BS excuses and thanks me for being "patient". About to go legal with them. Go to LUXE instead.

I really like the design of these little sola cubes and they are metal, not plastic. That's a real plus. I also can't believe how fast I received them.

I searched for weeks for the perfect lamps at a reasonable price. I was so pleased to find two that suited my taste and were within budget. They are gorgeous and add an elegant touch.
Have been a repeat customer on five other occasions never have had a problem until now. Ordered a light fixture online like I always do received the lamp it was incorrect. Called customer service talked to Mariel explained what happened. Was told have to take a picture of incorrect lamp and I would have to go to fedex to ship back the lamp. Asked if they could expedite the correct lamp was told they needed the incorrect lamp back first ( thanks for the trust lamps plus) I feel they should have expideted the lamp I bought first and then if I didn't return the incorrect lamp they charge me for it. Their are outher lamp outfits out there so I will try another
We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation. We request images in cases like this so that we can report the issue to the warehouse or vendor; depending on where the item shipped from. It is correct that we cannot ship a new item before the return is received, and that is a systematic procedure. The system will not release the exchange order, or reship, without the return being scanned in and processed; we are very sorry about that.

We ordered a whole houseful of lighting for a customer through a Lamps plus sales person. Once everything shipped, she told us that she couldn't help us, that we had to call the customer service number. We called customer service and they said we had to speak to a PRO acct rep even though we didn't have a PRO acct. But we called and they of course wouldn't help us either. Horrible customer service. Just ridiculous. We will not be using them again but rather sticking with Wayfair, who by far is easier to work with.

Purchased 8 LED outdoor pathway lights 15 months ago... now, with some of the lights failing, the company informs me the LEDS are NOT replaceable and the entire fixture is worthless... no where in Lamps Plus's descriptions do they tell you the LED bulb is not replaceable and they continue to sell such fixtures
Excellent choices and we did not need to go looking at any shops. Shipping was quick and packaging was excellent, in addition the lamps came with led lights which were free of charge.
Ordered two lamps and a rug and got everything shipped just fine. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about the delivery dates. Good selections.

I attempted to use this company once before and ended up cancelling my order due to the lack of prompt shipping and multiple delays in delivery from the vendor. I decided to give this company another try and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. My order has been delayed THREE times now. I'm not receiving updated information. I ordered these 5 weeks ago and they have yet to be mailed out. Just ridiculous.
I ordered two lamps and received them by FedEx within a couple of days. They were efficiently packed and in perfect condition. They look even better in person than from the website!

I bought all my outdoor lighting from Lamps Plus. There are tons of choices from wall sconces to motion sensor security lighting. They arrived nicely packaged!
