I ordered my wedding dress and basically received a defective dress that was poorly made. After numerous emails back and forth and pictures of the area pointing out the defect they still would not work with me on returning the dress. They took zero responsibility and said to give it to a friend or sell it locally, very unprofessional. When I pointed out the defects, there response was COMMON SENSE you never receive the exact pictured product which I am well aware of that. A wedding is a very special day and I would not give this dress to my worst enemy. People just so you know you DO NOT have to take the loss for a faulty unethical company that does not honor its own return exchange policy. If its any help to anyone take all necessary action to get your money back. I took this up to my CC company and they took care of it.

Cannot express enough how much I loved these dresses for my bridesmaids! Finding the right color coral is very difficult! This dress did not disappoint what so ever! Not to mention alterations were hardly needed! Only one of my bridesmaids had to get her dress altered and that was because shes on the shorter side. I cannot believe that for the price they are, they are absolutely beautiful and so very flattering to all body shapes! My bridesmaids loved them and received so many complements! Great purchase!

I ordered a custom made dress and paid extra for custom made. The dress is 8 cm too long and 4 cm too wide. I can not wear the dress! If they used my measurements, why doesn`t it fit? They asked for pictures to show the problem and kept on sending me email about how sure they are that it was made "correct".
They refuse to contribute towards alteration fees! Very poor customer service.Not resolving the problem. Stay away from Ellamira

Don't buy! They send u crap clothes and won't refund u. Basically sent me a cheap blanket of a dress and sent me this:

So in this case, we cannot take back the dress since made in the correct way.

Ordered a dress that came in a completely different style, color, and material. The merchant refuses to process a return stating that customers should use "common sense" and it "wouldn't make sense to issue a return." The website is a total scam and they are functioning as a fraudulent company.

Also, I never received an order confirmation email.

This dress was beautiful. It was exactly made as the picture suggested. I ordered a size 7 the shirt fits perfectly, however the skirt was way off in size. The waist was approximately 4 inches larger than the diameter that was associated with the size 7. I paid for alterations. I will order 2 additional dresses regardless of needing the additional alterations.

The gown is absolutely gorgeous and fits almost perfectly. It arrived quickly and is made with quality materials and is well made. It beat my expectations and I will be wearing it in many future pageant event's. Highly recommend!

Absolute worst company I have ever ordered from online. I am still waiting for my dress I paid close to $200 for and paid $25 expedited shipping. I ordered my dress over 2 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. I have tried to cancel my order and they will cancel it but not give me a refund because it wasn't done with in 24 hours. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying.

I would not even give this company one star! This company is a scam and their product look absolutely nothing like the picture displayed! I ordered a white dress that took over three weeks to get here (but that's beside the point). I received the dress that looked absolutely nothing like the picture, was a cheap piece of fabric and was LIGHT PURPLE! I contacted them within hours of receiving the dress and was told that It is "common sense" when online shopping that the dress may not look like the picture displayed and they refuse to give me a refund, as stated in their email it is not fair for them to take responsibility for this!

I was too lazy to take my measurements so I just guessed and ordered a medium. When I tried it on I was amazed. It fits like it was custom made for me. All of the curves are in the right place. I bought this as my mother-of-the-bride dress for an outdoor wedding/brunch. I'm only 47 and didn't want something too matronly. I love this dress because it's youthful, yet classy looking. I bought a crenolin skirt to go underneath and plan to wear pearls to complete the look.

This dress was for my daughters prom and it was absolutely perfect! We had it custom made send in the measurements and provided as date we needed it by and we got it in plenty of time before that date. I emailed once to check status and got a quick response. I would definitely order again and would recommend it to my friends. The gown was gorgeous she got so many compliments. This dress exceeded our expectations by ordering this type of dress online and custom tayloring is super scary and ambitious but they made a beautiful well made gown. Loved it!
