Your review is all a lie. Lalamira mailed wrong dress and refused to take it back or refund the money. There website say, 7 day returns. It's a lie too. Karen, I hope your experience was worth the 4/5 stars. Clearly your dress was not all that. Lalamira should be banned to sell anything. They are a fake Chinese company that 5 years old kids make the dresses. From results that is exactly what it looks like. Do not waste your time or money on the trash lalamira sells.

I absolutely loved my dress and received so many compliments. The dress fit perfectly and actually received my dress a day earlier than expected delivery date I will definitely be ordering from this website again.

I purchased 2 flower girl dresses. They did not look anything like the dresses in the photo. Also both dresses were not finished. I contacted them and asked for a refund or to get the dresses completed to match the dresses in their website photograph. They told me that I should expect the dresses to look different then the website. I sent them photos of how the dresses were not done. None of the lace or ruffles were added to the dresses. Horrible craftsmanship. They then ghosted me and never heard from again. Out $200.00

This place is a total scam. I bought a flower girl dress for my daughter and it clearly does not look like the dress on the pictures. It looks more like a BAD imitation! I contacted Lalamira and was denied a refund, they claim the dress may look slightly different than on the pictures. I submitted a claim with PayPal and I have no idea why but they refused to refund me as well. Over $100 for a bad version of a dress that I will not allow anyone to wear is def a scam. Coincidentally a ghost charge was charged on my PayPal account same day that I made the dress purchase. Do not buy from this website!

My dress was a little too big which isn't the issue to get it tailored correctly to my body. But the real issue is this dress shipped with a real bad fishy odor... I took it to the cleaners a total of three times... The smell will not come out the dress at all... They don't have a real customer service number. Yes they messaged me back wit a response of air it out for some more several days... and thank you... Come on now report them through your credit card or pay pal card... This has to stop.

Purchased my wedding dress, paid the extra money for custom sizing. Received dress and was too big. I took it to have it altered and it costed an additional 85 dollars.
Contacted company as per their FAQ to request my refund per what their policy states. Their reply is that I was past the 7 day return policy and to resell the dress!
I never requested to return it, just to get the money back that they state in policy they would return. Its obvious that once they get your money there no possible way to get it back. I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

I ordered a dress for my daughter 15th birthday. The same day we received the dress and took out the packaged we were dissapointed the color was not the same and when she tried on omg the measurements were no where near. I requested a return and full refund and they are denied advising that i made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. I'm so upset i should of look into reviews it says on their website we could request a return as long as it was within 7 days of receiving dress. That us false

This dress was perfect. I wore it as a 2nd reception dress at my wedding. The dress is beautiful, chic and classy. The measurements we gave are a perfect fit. Excellent value for money, very pleased with how quickly we received our dress.

Definitely be aware of the time as the dress is made to order. So I was a little worried if it would arrive on time. The fabric was high quality, the embroidery was very pretty. The bodice of the dress fit her perfectly. We only had one alteration on the dress. Since she is only 5'. 5"" ft the dress was long on her and the slit came down to her knee. She loved the train on the dress so all we had to do was have alteration on raising the split and professionally press the dress. I would highly recommend this dress.

She was beyond happy and excited for her prom dress. She looked very elegant.

I ordered a dress FIVE days ago. With the expectation it was going to be at least a month before receiving. It showed up at my door step at 9:30pm! It fit so well! I've never wrote a review in my life! But this is a big moment in my life and I'm happy I made the right decision on where I ordered my dress! And for this price! I have no complaints.

This dress is unbelievable! I was so scared to order a dress from online. I thought on it for 2 months just going back and forth checking reviews. I never seen a bad review so I went for it. Im in love with the dress. It looks identical the picture they have posted. I didnt do measurements i just ordered a size bigger and it fits perfectly. The material isnt thin or cheap looking. Im one satisfied customer and will be recommending others!

I am so thrilled I did because I got the dress of my dreams at the price I could afford and the dress was more beautiful than I could have imagined in flawless condition.
