I recently bought a ring and the stone immediately fell out. I've been trying to reach out and now I can't even get on the website, it says error. Really unprofessional.

I made the mistake of ordering a ring from LaJerrio. I wasn't happy with the product and tried to return it - at my cost ($60) to the address in China they gave me, and it was returned to be as undeliverable. When I reached out to "Joy", she gave me the run-around. When I tried to get PayPal to try to get to the bottom of it, they ended up saying that I needed to take it up with the seller.
The jewelry in person looks cheap, nothing at all like the photos.
I'm taking the time to write this because I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did.

Where do I start? I order my ring, express shipping, next thing you know nearly 2 weeks go buy, I reach out and get told that my order is stuck in processing. I ask for a refund, no communication back. No refund. I dispute it with cash app since I used my cash app card to order. Next thing you know I'm trying to use my cash app card and it's constantly getting denied. I call cash app, I was told that they said I filed a false dispute and that cash app shut down my card. (Keep in mind I am a single mom, I had no cash on me and was stuck 60 minutes away from home with no cash, low fuel, etc) my friend had to drive from an hour away to bring me gas money so I didn't run out of gas. I've never had this problem before and had money, but it was embarrassing to have to call for help because of them lying. Fast forward to now, when going to their website it says the server is down. I try and email again. I respond to the email they once sent me before (because it would obviously be a valid email, and I've talked to them before on it) they never responded. Finally I try and reach out again today, it says the email is non-deliverable. I still have not got my refund or the ring. Save your money.

I would give them 0 stars if I could... I order me and my husband some rings off so we could have a new set but he surprised me with some so I emailed them trying to send the rings back they emailed back asking me questions and I answered them all then I was asked to send pictures remind you I NEVERRRR put the rings on and I really liked the one I picked out for myself so I told them I was ok with keeping that one but would like to send the other 2 back. After I send the pictures I waiting 3 days for a response no one replied back to me I went to email them again they blocked me... I have never felt so low because how can they just treat me like that!

I was sent a ring I never ordered. I had to tell them twice.

My husband's band is very nice, but I did not feel like my ring set looked as good as in the picture

I received the ring and am not satisfied with it, but I'm being given a hard time about my return.

I ordered the "Princess Diana" style oval stone with diamond halo, only in MY birthstone, a peridot, a yellow-green stone for August.
It came and is stunning.I get compliments all the time and will be ordering from Lajerrio again.

The rings I ordered were great but shipping was terrible. They encourage customers to pay for expedited shipping (3 days), but they don't mention that it takes up to 18 business days to process/produce before shipping. After paying for 3 day shipping it still took 12 days once shipped for me to receive. Keep in mind the wait time if ordering for a special occasion.

I ordered in September and its the end of October going into November and I still have yet to receive my package

So far I'm very satisfied with the ring. I rate the ring a ten.

Sent wrong ring! Giving me the run around! Not satisfied with this company! Email after Email, pics sent! Still arguing! Now they want to knock off 20% for their mistake! Don't order from Lajerrio!

This has been a waste of my hard earned money! I never got my rings! Customer service is horrible they never responded with what happened! This has been a horrible experience! I don't have money to just give anyone! I don't think this is a legit jewelry site!

I love the rings that I received, they are absolutely beautiful! The reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the delivery. I paid the extra fee to have the rings delivered within a specific timeframe. That did not happen. I searched for a telephone number to reach out to the company. I was unable to find one. I had to reach out via email because the chat option provided on the website was not available. Emailed the company to inquire where my rings were and I was told it would be a later than expected, but a rush would be put on it. I did not receive them until 3 weeks later. The rings are so beautiful and worth the wait, but I still wasn't satisfied with the delivery. I requested my $25 back since it was not delivered anywhere within the timeframe. I refunded $17 …….
