Web site had problems in the order process, threw me out of checkout and had to start over. Also, unable to get through on the phone, or on chat to anyone to help me out. Was able to get through very early this morning, but repeated attempts after that failed. Also did not receive a call-back via the Call Me button on the site. Disappointing level of customer service.

We purchased the white maxi table that extends to 126 inch and it looks amazing. It was easy to install and is very sturdy. We love it and would not hesitate to recommend the product or the company. The price was also really good. Thank you.

This is an update: Finally after few weeks of emails ans phone calls, i received s phone call that they agree to give us a $300 store gift card, which is 10%. So I agreed as there was no other choice, since they told us they cant refund the money and pick up the pieces. So we accepted the gift card and now have to wait another 8 weeks for the missing parts to come!

Furniture: Luxury. Great

Price: pricey but worth it

Website: Good and easy to find what you need

Delivery: Fast got a call from the store few days after my order.

CONS ---greater than Delivery: they didn't deliver at my apartment, they left my huge buffet downstairs and asked me to give them $** to bring it to my apartment (I have an elevator, it was easy cause they had the tools) I told them "no thank you" and they left me with that huge buffet alone. Thanks god there is a lot of guys in my building and the employes are awesome. I m a single woman and when I order online its for me to be delivered at my house. That s the reason why I won't shop again at this store

I ordered a sectional with them and asked for two pieces to be finished on the sides so I can put them separately. They told me it has to be a special order and I have to wait 6-8 weeks, so we agreed. They delivered half of the sofa after 2,5 months, the main part is missing. We specifically asked for a Saturday delivery so we can be home, the delivery was supposed to call us 30 mins before so my husband can be home. They called him, by the time he comes home which takes him about 25 min, the delivery had already put everything and left. We call them immediately to tell them it's not what we ordered and emailed the manager the pictures of it the same day. The call us on Monday to tell us that the order wasn't placed correctly and they only placed an order for those two pieces and missed the entire sectional. They tell us they want us to email them that we agree for them to place a new order and wait another 6-8 weeks for it to arrive. They said they can give us a painting or a sculpture as a gift. We asked for $*** discount when the sofa is $****, which is about 13% discount, not even %15, which we thought is very reasonable given the inconvenience of not having sofas since we took out our old ones and having to spend the holidays with guests from London with no sofa, and another wait time of 2,5 months, in total of 5 months. The person said he has to talk to his manager and get back to me after 3 days since they're closed for holidays. They got back to us and said they can't give us a discount, so we asked for a refund and a pick up of their pieces. They told us the packaging needs to be in place and we accepted the order since we signed the form during the delivery. Neither me or my husband whose name is on the order signed their form and the packaging was taken by their delivery people. They said they will get back to us again and we haven't heard from them yet after asking them to response within 24 hours. I emailed the manager and left him a voice mail and they have yet to respond to us. This has been a nightmare, I'm going to file a claim and maybe spend more than $*** but whatever it takes I'll do it so they know they can't do this to customers; it's like a game to them. They never respond to your phone calls or emails. I wish we paid with a credit card so I could dispute it but we sent them a check. I agree with other reviews that they have a terrible customer service and I'll never order from them again. Never never order from them unless you like the drama.

I ordered 2 sectional sofas and a patio furniture from LAFurniture.com. I got a great deal on their thanksgiving sale. I did a lot of research and I found their prices to be very competitive. Frankly, I was little skeptical after I read some of the bad reviews about them but I did not face any issue with my order. Their delivery was super fast and the items arrived with-in a week in brand new condition without any damage. Quite satisfied with my experience and I have already recommended their website to couple of my friends.

What an awful experience! For $**** I bought a sofa-bed 3 months ago. I was looking for weeks and spent hours on the phone consulting with these guys, particularly Nicole.

I got the "sofa" last week. It's not a sofa, it's a mini-loveseat. Before I made my purchase, Nicole confirmed the total length of 84", yet the thing that was delivered to me is 66" total. It only sits 1.5 people and the bed only fits a small skinny child. And we have 2 boys, 9 and 10 y.o. It's Christmas and I don't have a bed for the kids...

LA Furniture offered me a $*** refund today. For what? I paid for oranges, they sent me onions, and they now say: "We will give you $* back, just use onions for your orange juice!" This is a complete fraud!

I recently purchased a 3 piece leather sofa set. When I came to the showroom I was immediately offered help by Nayri Attarian. I was not sure at first if I should order with LA Furniture but went to the showroom anyway since they had the modern furniture I liked at a great price. Glad I did. Not only did Ms. Attarian help me with her expert advice as an Interior designer on what would look better (initially I had my mind set on a different piece I saw on the website) after describing how my living room looks and what my tastes are. I am so happy with what I ended up with. Not only is the quality better then I expected to be (since the prices are a lot lower than most furniture stores and the set is manufactured in China) but what Nayri helped me pick out is simply a stunning 3 piece set. I was informed about the delivery time of 8 to 12 weeks since they didn't have it in stock. 4 weeks after ordering I received a phone call with an update from Nayri, letting me know that my order is being shipped now from China and will take about another 4 weeks. Everything was delivered on time.
I am very happy with the service I received and the quality of the product. Definitely will be back when I need more new furniture.

The "regular" checkout page is a little wonky, but checkout using PayPal Express works perfectly. Live chat was very useful (thank you Oleg). Shipping was very prompt, although communication was a bit iffy -- I received notification that the item had shipped the day after I received it. Fortunately the local delivery people had contacted me by phone to arrange delivery so that worked out fine. The item (a bed) is good quality, although the colors were a little different than shown in the pictures. I still like it anyway so it's okay, and that is the inevitable risk of buying furniture online without having seen it in person. Overall though, very good experience with this seller.
