I walked in the store so nervous to look for mother of the brides dress Jenn B. Greeted me with a beautiful smile and was so nice made me feel so comfortable, she helped me picking dresses to try on and she was very polite and ready to answer all my questions and concerns I'm glad I went there and definitely going back and recommend her to all friends and family.
I purchased a La Femme dress for my son's wedding. I felt like a princess in it. Beautiful style. Quality fabrics. Had a tiny bit of stretch for comfort. I felt like royalty in it.
Ordered bridesmaids dresses from here. They confirmed it would be a "special order" to have all the dresses made in the warehouse, which would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. I proceeded with the order, then 5 days later I received an email that the dresses will ship 9.5 weeks from that current date. This was cutting it REALLY close to my wedding, so we contacted La Femme that same day, requesting to cancel the order. They refused, were extremely rude and were not flexible with expediting the dresses, nor would they accommodate a quicker shipment method. They haven't even begun making the dresses, they literally emailed me today with the confirmation of ship date and would not budge on canceling the order that had not even begun processing in the warehouse. Their customer service was extremely rude and unaccommodating. The total order cost me over $1000, and they charged my card the day I placed the order before I even received a confirmation. Now I have no choice but to anxiously hope and pray that they complete the dresses on time, otherwise I'm literally screwed. STAY AWAY FROM LA FEMME, THEY ARE THE WORST!
I ordered according to my size. The dress fit great except for the chest area was EXTREMELY too big and there was no way to alter the dress without ruining the style. Couldn't exchange for smaller size as the rest of the dress fit great. I ordered another one from ccshouse.com. It was suitable for me.The price is much cheaper but not in quality. Well done
I went to the La Femme dress shop in Los Angeles while I was on holiday from New Zealand. I was looking for a dress for prom. This shop was amazing. They had a huge amount of variety to look through and the staff were so incredibly helpful trying to make sure you find the perfect dress. Some of the dresses were quite pricey but they are incredible.
