Ordered dress and paid, they said they didn't get the money and wanted me to repay.

The dress is horrific! It looks nothing like the dress pictured on site! It was like 3 sizes too big even though we sent accurate measurements taken by a professional! I'm having to pay to have the dress altered which is costing me just as much as I paid for it!

It was easy navigating And great! I enjoyed how the seamstress was very engaged and concerned, about making it perfect experience! How she at such short notice" had the dress here in a week in a half and has been due diligent on keeping up with making sure I was absolutely satisfied! I love this company thank you" LadyPromDress.

Buyer beware! Ordered a custom Prom Dress for my daughter's senior prom. When the dress came it's was the WRONG COLOR, WRONG MEASUREMENTS, and WRONG MATERIAL. The dress looked absolutely nothing like what was on the website. Had to scramble day before the event to buy her another dress. When I reached out for a refund I was told they were in Asia and it would cost me $40 to ship it back; they then said they could give me a $25 refund and I could resale my dress to someone. What? I wouldn't dare trying to sale that mess and why should I have to pay to return a dress that was NOT what was promised. Also what is $25 when I paid over $150 for the dress. This website is a scam, please be very cautious or don't purchase at all!

They are full of it the dresses do not look like the pictures and when you take your child to get measurements they try and charge you or them like they did them. Also you can't return because it's gonna cost more then the item to send back. They lie and the cheat you out of your money do not buy from them.

The fabric of the dress looks very different online than what I received. The dress did not fit me whatsoever even though I provided the correct measurements. In addition, the return policy is misleading; it says you can return but in reality she tries to convince you not to and when you do the shipping to send it back is nearly $100. Overall I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

Dresses are shipped directly from China in poor packaging. They don't look like pictures and material is poor quality. When complain and ask for refund/return say they were custom made and will charge for labor and materials. Beware!
