Because when the dress was send to my address the Dre's didn't look like how the picture was I was catfishes to be honest

I bought this dress for my prom and I loved it. It fit wonderfully and look as I expected but better! Made from good material that was comfortable to wear all night but was a little hot.

It was a movie. The dress was everything and more. Thanks again for your service

What I ordered looked nothing like what I received… it was a totally different dress! Fabric was off, extremely oversized and just hideous look like a 2 yr old made it. And to return it would've cost 75.00! I just have them 170.00 :( all it takes is one time I'll never shop with them again!

We received the dress fairly quickly. We took professional measurements when we ordered the dress. When it came my daughter tried it on and the top portion of the dress was too big which I thought was strange because it tied around the neck. You couldn't tell that from pictures on site. I ended up having to get it altered around the breast part and changed it from a tie around the neck to crisscross straps. After that adjustment the dress was perfect.

I am very disappointed at the amount of money I have spent for this dress. My sisters prom is in a week and she has no dress now. The color was no where near the picture online. It's a bright pink color instead of a dark fuchsia. On top of that the measurements are wrong. This company has not responded to my emails and is dodging me because I'm asking for a full refund. The dress came yesterday and is still in the package. Do not order from them, they will send you anything and keep your money! I have to go through my bank and contact the Better Business Bureau. Worst experience ever.

I have very disappointed with the customer service and product. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and the email communication was very unprofessional. When ordering my daughters dress, I selected the size and color preferred (confirming this information three different times). I received an email to verify this information, which I confirmed. Then received another email regarding the size and at that point I ended up just providing the custom measurements, paying the additional $16 required. I received the dress, the color was not what I selected, the fabric was not what the website described and I'm quite sure the measurements were not custom. I could not be more disappointed. This is my first and last time ordering a formal gown off of this website or any other website without a personal reference.

Do Not Order From This Company! Beware! You order a dress it come and it doesn't fit even after you pay extra to get a custom fit. Dress arrived do not fit, requested a refund or exchange they do not and will not accommodate. Worst place ever to buy a dress, their sizes are not American dress sizes.

My shopping experience was very easy and Ms. Shirley answered every question I had regarding the dress, shipping updates, and was very helpful by sending me links on how to check my body measurements to get the perfect fit for it. My dress is absolutely beautiful, it fits perfectly and I love it so much!
