The front lace has a tear and dress is not supported well to stay in shoulder...I'm having to have someone alter it. I was only offered a 30.00 refund which I haven't received yet.

It took 14 emails back and forth to get my item shipped.
If i go to a seamstress to have a gown custom made, I expect to have to get measured.
If I am buying a dress online, I expect to select a size, pay, receive my item. This company kept asking (pushing to have items rushed), which I did not need, kept asking for me to send my measurements.
14 emails later, they finally sent dress and the top was very small and could barely fit my torso. Mind you, I am a very average and proportionate body size.
Not a pleasant experience.

They lied to me about having my day prom dress by the 13th and on the 12th told me they couldn't complete the dress cause she needed on the 15th, I received my money back on the 14th and had to rush and by a dress from a store. I will never try them again! Buyers be ware!

I ordered this dress the day we chose a date - I had it less than 2 weeks later! It was perfect- bigger than I thought it would since I went up 2 sizes thinking it wasn't true to size. That was actually perfect for alterations. It's gorgeous! I just wish they had said I would need to confirm via within 72 hours since I went on a cruise and missed all of the emails. But we got it straightened out and I loved it!
