I was a bit skeptical buying my wedding dress online. Especially at such an amazing price o BBC put my measurements in because o don't typically fit a specific size. The dress came quickly I did need to have some alterations done such as the straps shorten, the waist taken in and hips out. Also
I had some buttons added for a bussel. Still with that I have spent maybe a quarter of what I've seen people spend

The dress was horrible I couldn't even fit it and when i tried to send the dress back they told me not to because it was already used, and only gave me $30 back of the $227 I paid for the dress and for a rush order.

I payed $220 for a dress… the one I received looked nothing like the photo & i couldn't get a refund! I should've known it was too good to be true. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

The both times I ordered dresses my experience was good and they have been exactly like the picture. The sizes was also right on point.

Dress was not color shown in picture selection. Dress was not the fabric listed on product description. They sent an extremely heavy hot rug/curtain it was awful and looked nothing like photos. Emailed their "customer service" they refused to even give info on how to start a return process. Horrible English felt like I was talking to an uneducated child. Never got a refund and had to go buy another prom dress because the dress they sent was not wearable. Horrible and very sad experience. Spent $400 for ugly curtains basically. Lesson learned. There is not return policy just fyi. Once u buy that's it there is no going back and the product was made in a sweat shop by children illegally I'm sure. So so sad.

I placed an order for a dress. I gave all sized and measurements. I was contacted back and was told that it was best that I paid for alterations so the dress would fit properly. I paid extra. When I received my dress, no alterations were done. I had to take it to a local tailor. The dress was beautiful though.

The communication was very poor. I tried to reach her before mailing the dress, that was not a customized dress, to tell her to cancel the order. She still mailed the dress anyway. The website states that you can get a refund and she REFUSED to give me a refund although the dresses had not been touched. I asked can I send the dress back before it even arrived. Once she refused to give a refund, I took the dress out of the package to see if I could place it on marketplace on Facebook and the dress was damaged.

I ordered the dress and my daughter put the wrong address i immediately emailed and ask for a change the person said yes I periodically emailed to ensure that they understand it was alway yes when I checked they never changed the address when shipped I was never contacted and was told to contact DHL myself to correct the mistake
I ordered this dress for my last minute prom and it was definitely worth every penny. They even took my exact measurements. It fits perfectly.
