The dress color isn't close to the websites version. I was expecting a soft pink/champagne and it arrived more of a pink bubblegum color. Haven't worn the dress…the color is more for a young girl.
They reached out to confirm measurements and customized the dress to our needs and measurements. Very accommodating. Happy with the results.

They didn't send the same dress, is it pink? How can I get married in pink? The lace is not the same the quality is very inferior, I didn't like it and when I asked to return it they don't have a label it would be $ 100 just for shipping and they didn't refund it, don't buy from this company this is a scam

I had to take my dress to be altered a lot … 4.5 inches off bottom. 2.5 on both sides an 1.5 inches off the shoulders… this isn't what I wanted to have to do is spend more money on all these alterations

The dress is not as depicted in picture. It was not a full flowing dress bottom. No buttons in the back just a lace up.
Then, if you want to do a guaranteed return you were sadly mislead! I will never buy from this site again

The dress was beautiful but a little bit loose I had to take to another seamstress to take it in more and it cost additional money after I paid for the correct measurement. No other complaints everyone loved the dress.
