So far it's was easy. The dress it great quality and looks just like the picture! The communication was great! My daughter is very happy with her prom dress!

I found a dress on a different website and wanted the dress in a color the website didn't have it in when I found out lady prom dress did customized dresses I didn't hesitate. They did my dress perfect it's fits perfectly. It. And out the way I wanted this was my first time ever using this website now I'll use it again for future events

Love the dress. The color was not as expected, but it's still really pretty. It was supposed to be brown and it's more of a bronze color.

My experience was marvelous, they worked with you I know I was a bit annoying, but Sarah worked with me, I went and ordered another one for my husband birthday, just wish there was more designs that I could picked from, because they are all like the same

There was open communication from time of purchase till delivery. They even followed up to make sure we had received the dress. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I didn't realize I was ordering from China but maybe that's the reason for the rudeness in the emails. I was asking to hold off on measurements or to refund and they didn't give me a real response other than pressuring me to give them the measurements asap. Then they shipped the dress without getting my actual measurements. I requested a return as soon as I got the dress for not fitting and they claimed that they gave the size I wanted when I asked them to wait for an actual measurement. Meaning they won't return it. The communication has been stressful from day one and I don't recommend dealing with this company. They claim to make custom products but the woman said that the order is already in process so they don't actually wait for your measurements to make the dress. Probably why a lot of the complaints here are saying the dress doesn't fit even though customers gave the measurements.

In addition, even if I didn't give my measurements, the dress they sent me is about 4 sizes smaller than the general size I said. Please just avoid ordering from here. They make returns/refunds impossible and they aren't giving customers the customization they promise on their website (false advertisement). I asked for a refund before they sent it and they still sent it. It's just been a nightmare that they could have fixed from the start if they just had even relatively decent customer service. I feel that they stole money from me and I'm stuck with a dress I can't use.

Love that as soon as you place the order, they reach out just to confirm that everything is correct. The dress came just as pictured. Love it! The only little detail I didn't like was that as soon as I took the dress out of the package, a few of the rhinestones were already falling off.

Very happy that I gotten the dress on time and it was perfect. Everyone said I looked like a princess. Great quality and picture perfect. I was scared when I first order the dress but the picture doesn't come a close to how it look in real life. I loved the dress!

THE PICTURE OF THE DRESS CAME ACROSS AS A WHITE DRESS WITH AQUA BLUE, WHICH WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED FOR MY WEDDING. INSTEAD, I RECEIVED AN ALL BLUE DRESS THAT I WONT WEAR FOR MY WEDDING. I REACHED OUT THROUGH EMAIL AND WAS TOLD THAT IT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED BECAUSE IT WAS CUSTOM FITTED. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE DRESS COLOR WAS AFFECTED BY THE LIGHTING. IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEN YOU SHOULD RETAKE THE PICTURE SHOPING THE CORRECT COLORING OF THE DRESS. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THE PICTURE CLEARLY DEPICTED A WHITE DRESS WITH BLUE ACCENTS. IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING A PRODUCT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I got soooooop many complaints. The only wish is that I got one size smaller. I lost more weight than I have myself credit for and wanted a tighter fit. But this dress was beautiful
