Nice quality but you can't cancel an order within a certain # of hours after ordering without only getting a small percentage back. Also there really aren't returns except for damaged food so be sure before you place your order.

I spent days and weeks looking up wedding dresses online and in stores. My gut told me to go with Ladydressprom and I'm glad I did. I received my dress in less than 2 weeks. Communication is great (expect about a 6-12 hour delay in response). I ordered a custom fit however still spent another $130 extra on alterations. Overall I'm excited for my big day in a few weeks.

Was great. Since I put an order, I received an email back confirming my size and measurements. Then I received in the time offered and fix perfectly fine. Looks beautiful, great material, great price.

Dress is as pictured. I didn't get it custom fitted wth measurements, so next time I would try that, but overall dress is pretty and can't really beat the price.

I really thought my dress was going to be the same as the picture for my wedding day. I had anxiety and was truly devastated about wasting money because I rushed shipped my order and even had to pay almost $100 on returning the dress!

Do not buys from here I bought my homecoming dress and it didn't fit the way they said it was and it was supposed to be gold and was yellow I told them I needed to return it and they had every specific guidelines about what was allowed to be returned and we had to pay 60 dollars to ship it back to china

My whole experience was amazing. Quick responses when emailing with the team. My dress fits perfectly. They even gave my a corset instead of zipper.

I purchased this dress for my God daughter's homecoming. This was the only dress she wanted to wear. I was nervous that it wouldn't get here on time or I would need to have some alterations done. I contacted the staff here and they sent me a link on how to take her measurements. The staff stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Anytime I had a question they responded. The dressed arrived on time and I didn't have to do anything to it. She was beautiful!
