DONT BUY FROM LADY PROM DRESS! TERRIBLE SERVICE, they don't speak English so communications are terrible, they don't care about your orders/reason for ordering, and they don't respond.
I ordered three wedding dresses from 3 diff sites, one being lady prom dress. My other two dresses shipped No problem from diff sites (Misaac, & Dressself)! But Lady Prom Dress wants to email me half English demanding that I give a size description despite having the standard size ordering options! I didn't want to order a custom size because then you aren't able to return it. So I ordered a standard size. It's been TWO WEEKS SINCE I ORDERED and they still haven't shipped my dress! I requested a refund since my dress didn't ship in time and THEY DELAYED MY SHIPPING TWO WEEKS because they demanded I give a custom size. I haven't heard back now despite emailing a few times awaiting a response on either my dress shipping or a full refund. They delayed my dress shipping and now are claiming they can't provide me a refund. First time trying to buy from their site and definitely now the last.

The dress is beautiful. I sent my measurements but the dress was still too big. I'm having it altered but overall it's exactly what it looked like in the pictures and I love it
