This company is just horrible! I ordered a skirt from their website and not only did it arrive crammed (and very wrinkled) into a tiny FedEx box, it was so wet that the tissue paper in the box had absorbed the dyes from the skirt. The FedEx box was bone dry on the outside, so it had to have been packed wet. No protective plastic cover for the skirt either.

I am just appalled any so-called reputable company would do something so disgraceful! The return label was so wet it was barely legible, but fortunately the folks at FedEx were able to salvage it and back to Italy it goes.

They better dare not charge me return duties for returning clearly damaged goods! I will fight it all the way!

I ordered some clothing from this company. They looked very pretty on line. I live in the US and these clothes come from Italy. In small print the return policy states that "customs duties are non refundable for orders placed from outside the EU". It doesn't mention how much these "customs duties" will cost you. What a rip off! They kept $300+ for clothes that I returned and will never, ever get to wear. I wrote them several times asking for a refund and they will not give it to me! This is such terrible customer service. I have heard from vendors that buy their line from the us to merchandise that these women are a pain in the neck to deal with. I get it! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM LA DOUBLE J! They are making a huge profit off of "customs duties".
