Website states easy return process, however they do not accept returns. They refused to send return address stating that "international shipping is expensive", kept attempting to strike a deal. Now I am out of $50 and stuck with ill fitting, poor quality dresses.

I ordered at sweatshirt over a month ago, and received a email that it was shipped out a couple of days after placing my order. I still have not received my package! I tried tracking it with the tracking number that was sent to me in the email and it seems as though that tracking number does not exist! I wish I would have looked at these reviews before ordering. I have learned my lesson and will make sure that no one I know will ever place a order with this shady website.

I ordered an off the shoulder Xmas mini dress. When I received the item,,, it looked like it was washed out. There was no off the shoulder effect and the size small looked like a large. The item looked great on the model but it did not look the same as the picture. This company will not see a dime from me again.

Their clothes is cute, but the fit is all wrong. I tried to return it and they refused to let me. Insisted it wasn't worth the trouble, shouldn't that have been up to me? I didn't want to keep it and continued to request an option to return and they legit said no. Then a few months later I get this in my email. They're paying their customers to leave positive reviews. I emailed them asking why they wouldn't let me return my item for a refund, but would now only refund me if I left a positive review, and they started up with the same conversation as the previous representative. I understand they have a script to stick to, but they're not helpful and it's definitely not worth the hassle, don't purchase.

I have been trying to get a refund from Komily for over a month for a product that I never received. They replied once asking for more information which I gave them, I have contacted them 3 times since and have heard nothing! Shocking customer service and surely illegal? DO NOT USE!

My experience with Komily has been good! Customers must be sure to read the sizing chart before ordering. I usually refuse to order shoes online because of them usually not fitting, but this time I read the chart, and measured with a measuring tape, and the size was true!
Clothes arrived clean, individually packaged, and undamaged.
When I did contact customer service, I was met with extreme politeness. They were understanding, helpful and their response time was early next day (time zones).

Buyer BEWARE! These folks have TERRIBLE Customer Service. I ordered items to reach the "free shipping" level and when I received my items (it took 2 months to receive) they sent THE WRONG SIZE. When I contacted them they ignored my request to resend me the correct size. I have reached out several times to customer service, but they just ignore the open ticket for customer service. I would NOT order from this site.

I ordered this and what I got looks NOTHING like the picture. 10 sizes too large, it looks like a burlap sack. It says that if the item is faulty you can return it and they will pay for the return shipping. Well they are refusing to pay for the return shipping. I had to pay $25 to ship back to China and they want to deduct what THEY paid to initially ship it to me from my refund as well. This company is a complete ripoff DO NOT BUY OR SHOP FROM THEM. They also initially tried to convince me to keep it with 10% refund, then 20 then 25% refund. No! I obviously want 100% refund! The WORST online shopping experience I've EVER had!

I can not think of what I should start speaking with. I actually feel very good at getting such a thing. I have taken various types of products from other sites but this site is so good product like I have not seen anywhere before. I'm telling the first to my brother from my brother. And first bought a better quality shirt from here. And he said that he did not see the products like this khan again. And I heard about this, I would say this thing from this place. I mean that the commentators can take any kind of product from here. And so I want to tell you all from here to your budget. The value of the clothes is complete. I told what I said. I'll always buy my clothes from here. Looks like this.
