Their clothes is cute, but the fit is all wrong. I tried to return it and they refused to let me. Insisted it wasn't worth the trouble, shouldn't that have been up to me? I didn't want to keep it and continued to request an option to return and they legit said no. Then a few months later I get this in my email. They're paying their customers to leave positive reviews. I emailed them asking why they wouldn't let me return my item for a refund, but would now only refund me if I left a positive review, and they started up with the same conversation as the previous representative. I understand they have a script to stick to, but they're not helpful and it's definitely not worth the hassle, don't purchase.
