DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! NOT ONLY ARE THEIR PRODUCTS OF POOR QUALITY, BUT THEY SHIP OUT ORDERS PREVIOUSLY CANCELLED BY THEM, AND EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING TO CHINA! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SO BAD, THAT THEY END UP OFFERING A 50% DISCOUNT ON THE ITEMS YOU WANT TO RETURN, BUT THEY AREN'T EVEN WORTH THAT! STAY AWAY FROM KOANDAILY!

I recently ordered 8 dresses from Koan Daily for the first time. They arrived and I was severely disappointed with the bad quality of the fit, fabric and styles.
Not only that, the dress which was the ONLY reason I had placed the order in the beginning was not in my parcel - yet I had been charged.
Through several attempts with Customer Service (who conveniently appeared not to understand English too well) I tried to point out the mistake and sent through proof of the order - proof of confirmation.
Yet, customer service, carries on denying all knowledge.
There are better websites out there where the orders are handled more efficiently, effectively and timeously - I would caution EVERYONE from using this platform to buy clothes as they do not correct mistakes.
I will clearly lose my money on the dress not included.

I ordered some dresses from this company and when I received them and tried on, they were much smaller then the size then the ones I ordered. I emailed them and requested information as to how to return. 3 emails later with them asking why they didn't fit and to take pictures showing that they didn't fit, which I refused to squeeze into something way too small and possibly tear the items. They still at this point refused to tell me how to return the items. I finally just used the return address on the bag and inserted all my info into the bag with the garments and mailed it out using USPS with a tracking number. I then AGAIN emailed them telling them what I did and sending them the tracking number as well and received an e-mail from them telling me it was wrong address that they are in China (the return address on the bag was California). After that email, they requested a tracking number THREE MORE TIMES! Which I provided every time! They then sent an email stating they will refund as long as I gave them a good review, WTF! They are now holding my money hostage until I give a good review! There are a total of 11 emails and no other way for me to contact them other then that. I have never, ever had to deal with a company like this in my life! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!
I still haven't received my refund after 2 weeks of dealings...

These people will not respond to questions about how to send back an item. Cheap fabric…. Not true to size! Beware!

I ordered two long dresses. It can be difficult to find maxi dresses with sleeves. The only reason this review has two stars and not one is because the dresses are actually cute and the fabric is nice, rayon, I think. If only they fit, or were even the same size, or were as depicted in the ad. I ordered both extra large. One was so small I could not fit my forearm completely into the sleeve and it reached mid-shin--remember this was supposed to be a maxi dress. The other was the correct length but would not fit around my bust, shoulders, or arms. I am not obese or anything. Yes, I weigh more than I would like, but I am not really fat. I just wanted a nice, loose-fitting, pretty maxi dress with loose sleeves. What I got was two oddly proportioned garments, one unusable and one possibly usable with alterations. Also, it took months to arrive. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I was very skeptical at first to shop from this company, but I took a chance and am sure glad I did. I am a plus size and it is often difficult to get clothes that fit when you buy online. Each item I bought was perfect, flattering and just great quality... also fabulous price point. I was also quite shocked at how quickly I received the item, as I live in Canada. Not sure where the negative reviews are from, but my experience was flawless. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... responded back to your email quite quickly. I am your new loyal customer and look forward to many more purchases.
